Wow, what a disappointment. Our Infiniti started to get clear coat hazing on its hood and roof. After reading reviews and getting some quotes, I chose them. The only positive thing I can say is that Upland Auto Body was competitive for the cost of the work. OK, now the reasons for the 2 star review, which would have been 1 star if I had paid more for the work. First, they aren't professional at all, including Maribel who runs the shop. For example, when I dropped off the car, Maribel said it would be approximately 10 days for the repair, and to just give them a call in a week to see if it was ready. Yes, I had to call them, and keep calling to see if it was done, and it took longer than they said, about two weeks or longer. I closely inspected the car when I pick it up. Here's where it really went downhill. The paint job was not good. There were several fish eyes, a wet paint scuff, and irregular finish of the clear coat in several areas. To top it off, they cracked my windshield, probably from leaning on it while working on the roof. I pointed out all of the issues to Maribel. She didn't offer to correct the issues. I told her I just had the windshield replaced a couple of months earlier. She asked to see the receipt, which I showed her, and then agreed to replace the windshield. I also told her that the quality of the paint job was not what I expected for $2500. She reluctantly offered to correct the defects. This took another week or more. I inspected the car again when I picked it up, and there were spots that hadn't been buffed properly. They fixed that while I waited. After I got home I decided to clean the new windshield to remove fingerprints and was disappointed that it had a scratch! I immediately called Maribel, who reluctantly agreed to have it replaced after I sent her photos. She put me in touch with their windshield guy. He canceled the first appointment we had, and was a no show for two more appointments. I let Maribel know and she told me she would get it sorted out and then call me back. She never called. I called her one more time, and she said she would call me back when I could bring the car in, but she never called me back. So, that's it. I have given up on the windshield. I don't recommend Upland Auto Body.

Needed to get driver door fixed, wouldn't open. Called around and after taking to Maribel I knew this was the right place. She was so helpful and answered all my questions, very accommodating! They fixed the door and was a reasonable price. Definitely recommend Upland Auto Body!

Excellent experience with Upland Auto Body. Paid a deposit for them to order parts and dropped the vehicle off when the parts were in. Maribel was spot on with her estimate and the car was ready earlier than expected. Very easy and straight forward to deal with. I definitely recommend Upland Auto Body.

Rudeness beyond belief. Never actually fixed my car, despite charging us and keeping my vehicle for months. Left my car doors unlocked overnight in a public parking lot without explanation. Unethical and dishonest, misquoted prices to us as well as our lawyers multiple times. Car is still not working properly after they repaired and then “fixed” their repair with a “factory defect”. Woman who runs the office dresses like she’s going to the club instead of working at a car repair shop and is intensely unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, this place wasted my time, energy and money. ZERO STARS if I could.

I stopped by to let them look at my daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. It was cloudy when I left home and by time I arrived we had real rain. I parked out front and went in. I met Maribel at the customer service counter. I explained I had right side front bumper separated from rest of car but didnt know if there was further damage. I asked for time to get it inspect and then give me quote. Maribel immediately got up and went outside in the rain with me, checked out the problem and asked me to bring the car to the front door. As soon as I moved it, she came out again, inspected it, and actually put a couple of screws back in place so it would hold and not flap around --- all while working in rain. she came in and gave me a quote that was way more than fair plus she told me her "band-aid" service could last several months or possibly a couple of days. Very straight and no games. I offered her "rain money" but she refused. Special Thanks to Maribel! She is super professional sales person who knows body work from beginning to end.

Look no further, you have found the best auto repair shop in the surrounding cities. I shopped around and was beyond grateful to get the most affordable estimate, no additional charges, excellent customer service & reliable body, mechanical and electrical service for our recent collision. Took a car here for a second opinion on an insurance covered repair (got hit). Maribel provided the greatest customer experience, and, their team did an excellent job getting the car back on the road. We had first taken the car to Caliber in Upland who gave us an outrageous estimate, that the insurance company of course deemed as “totaled”, we’re talking an over 200% higher estimate which more or less took Caliber as long to come up with as Upland Auto Body & Collision took to do their estimate, get it approved from the insurance company, and the repairs completed. My highest recommendation, and future business, goes to this shop. Thank you.

‼‼ Upland Auto Body destroyed my brand new 2024 BMW.‼‼ My car got into a sandstorm and needed to be repainted and they completely messed up the whole car, my car looked better BEFORE I brought it in than when I picked it up. SMH I wouldn't trust the "5 star" reviews if I were you, your best bet is to click on the 1star reviews and read those because that better describes this business, this business has been sued multiple times and has over $18,000+ in unpaid court judgments against them. (THIS IS PULIC INFORMATION) I also took this shop to court for the damages and negligence they caused -- and I won TWICE. That alone speaks for how bad this shop is. Please be careful with this business. They operate under the official name Everything Internet LLC, but do business as Upland Auto Body. I honestly don't know how they're still open. Maribel, the shop manager, regularly showed up to the body shop wearing short dresses and high heels, attire that seemed completely out of place for an auto repair environment. In hindsight, that should have been my first red flag. It did not give me confidence in the professionalism of the business. Alex, the owner, was dishonest throughout my entire experience. Below, I'm posting photos showing the damage they did to my car, and the lawsuits they've been involved in. Unless you want to end up in court fighting for your money back, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place.

Maribel was outstanding! From the first call to when I received the key she was always helpful. She handled everything with the insurance in a professional timely manner. I was super happy with the work they did! I had a fender bender on my driver side, I had expressed a concern that my car had aside from the accident and they went above and beyond. Very nice friendly service. I got in a fender bender and pinched my hood shut. I just needed it opened desperately cuz I needed an oil change badly. They ubered me to my work that was nearby. They took my car to the Firestone and got my oil changed and included it in their price they gave me. Then, when I picked my car up, they gave me a thank you card with two starbucks cards inside. Do they add up to more than 5 bucks. Hey who cares. It feels great. They will always have my business for that, and I'll tell everyone to go to upland auto body

If you have the patience and energy to make multiple trips after being told your car is completed and every time you go there is something else wrong, then I'm sure after going up the ladder you'll get mediocre work done which is far from what their website guarantees. Take pictures of your mileage and car inside & out because they will deny any damages made at their shop especially if you start complaining as we did! At first Maribel is nice & quotes seem competitive however their shop takes on too many jobs then they can't handle and once you leave your car you're stuck. We were promised a 2/3 week full paint job that ended sour at about 8 weeks. Details as follows: week 4 we started pressuring them to finish, upon 1st inspection the driver side seat which is white interior had grease, the paint has swirl marks throughout/spider web scratches in which Maribel tried to explain these are normal wear after washing the car but we insisted they correct issue which they attempted. 2nd inspection she explained paint now had a hologram look in which they wanted us to let them try to send it to a paint specialist to correct. We left car, got a text car was done so we asked if Maribel could fully inspect car and call us to make sure blemishes we had seen along with paint issues had been corrected but she was too busy to call. When we arrived to inspect 3rd time within seconds spotted fish eyes throughout paint, paint blemishes on several spots, hand print on clear coat and and some seals not fit properly around car but Maribel now had a change of tone & seemed to get upset that we complained about the sloppy paint job and her not inspecting car properly thus wasting our time making several trips. She tried to get attitude stating she had under quoted us & that they had already spent over 1k to try to correct the paint but agreed to have the car repainted again since we told her we were not going to pay for a poor paint job. We changed our mind about paying cash and let her know we would be paying with a credit card as their business accepts. We were told to come for 4th inspection car was completed but at this time about 5 minutes before we arrived after agreeing to accept credit card we got a text that we needed to pay cash, we let them know we were not going to pay cash so she told us the cc machine was down & sometimes it could take several weeks to work and this is when the shady games started! We held off couple days kept asking if machine was up but at this point were fed up and Maribel had the nerve to tell us if we didn't pay cash they would start charging us a daily storage fee, we asked her to have the owner contact us as were done with her lies. Alex from corporate contacted us, he agreed they would correct issues to make us happy and would contact Maribel to take our credit card. Odd how all of a sudden they found a way to accept credit card once we told them we would need to involve authorities or legal. Alex agreed to meet with us to go over car 5th inspection, we found the the overall paint improved however now the window seals on both sides were uneven & driver side window panels unaligned, inside they had scratched a couple window tints but had fixed those on previous inspections, the white leather seat they greased up was stained and scuffed up & passenger side leather panel had a puncture and jack was missing from trunk and few chips on paint. This was clearly retaliation from employees for all our complaints about poor workmanship which we addressed all to Alex whom said he would fix paint chips that now were not part of a full paint job we quoted but said he could fix the paint but they never touched windows and painter also confirmed windows were not touched. More lies, we had pictures of car taken apart. They clearly are not honest & don't take accountability for careless workers damaging car so trust is lost,we won't leave car again! They will say anything to get your business then turn the blame on you saying your car was used instead of feeling ashamed and fixing what they damaged.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maribel at Upland Auto Body & Collision, and I am impressed with the exceptional customer service and efficiency displayed throughout the repair process. How Maribel efficiently scheduled the repair of my Tesla, specifically the rear quarter panel, bumper refurbishment, parts acquisition, disassembly, and assembly, three step painting, final cleaning, staff schedules, and other customers vehicles, is truly remarkable. During the entire process, She promptly kept me informed and answered all my questions. The team at Upland Auto Body & Collision worked incredibly fast to get my Tesla back to pristine condition in just 4 days, including a weekend, from a Friday drop off to the following Tuesday pickup. A local Tesla collision repair shop I visited earlier had estimated 2 weeks just to get parts (bumper and $15 plastic lens) and at "more than double the cost to repair" ($4-8k). They clearly did not understand the problem and the customer, so I left them to ponder their navel while I looked for better alternatives. Best decision ever. The results of finding Upland Auto Body & Collision at my next stop, were far superior. I highly recommend Upland Auto Body & Collision for anyone in need of auto body repairs, including Tesla's! I’ve taken my car to Upland Auto Body & Collision twice now, and both experiences have been amazing. Each time, I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of customer service. Their team is very responsive and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. Maribel did an amazing job managing everything and kept me updated every step of the way, which made the experience stress free. What really sets them apart is how much they advocate for their customers. If a part doesn’t fit correctly, they won’t settle. They will send it back and order a better one. They also go out of their way to use original manufacturer parts whenever possible, even if it means pushing back and fighting with the insurance company to make it happen. On top of all that, their customer care goes above and beyond. When I picked up my car, I realized I had forgotten the check. Instead of making me come back later, Maribel trusted me to take my car and personally drove to my house to pick up the check. That level of honesty and dedication is rare. I highly recommend Upland Auto Body & Collision to anyone looking for quality repairs, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
