Anybody who has been involved in an auto collision knows how inconvenient and stressful it can be. I was so thankful once Gio took a look at my car and said it was repairable. Gio and his staff were pleasant and warm. They were helpful in arranging transportation to get a rental and quick in starting repairs. Gio kept me updated often and let me know when he could expect parts and labor to be completed. Him and his team did an awesome job with my vehicle. This place truly exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Gio went out of his way to ensure I understood exactly what my daughter needed, and he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He promised I would have my car back within a week, and he delivered on that promise without fail. I also want to highlight Jenny, the receptionist; she was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely sweet. This entire experience was just wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they provided. I had a great experience with the Fix Auto Upland repair shop. They were very polite and did their best throughout the process. The repair was completed earlier than the scheduled date, and the car was restored to its pre-accident condition, especially the driver’s side front door, which now looks perfect. I’d like to start off by saying fix auto repair far exceeded my expectations. I was referred to by my insurance company (State Farm) and within the next day of getting into a car accident my truck was in their shop and they were already ordering parts for my repair. Their level of expertise is unmatched! Ruben and Gio were very transparent about any delays that would occur because of the strike that just took place. Fortunately for us all of our parts were delivered and they were able to get our truck back to us right when they said they would. What I loved most about this unfortunate accident was their communication. They were always calling me with updates and I appreciated that very much!

I went in for a quote on my Honda Civic, and even though they didn’t know if I’d bring my car there, Gio Jr. took the time to answer all my questions and explain what to do next. That alone made a huge difference! I ended up choosing them, and I’m so glad I did — Gio kept me updated throughout the repairs, and when I got my car back (in less than two weeks!) it looked like nothing ever happened. Had recently got in an accident messing up the front let area of my car pretty badly. After Just 2 weeks of being worked on I got my car back, and all I can say is that it looks better than it did before! Gio and his team did a fantastic job on the car as well as communicating to me. Gio had called me multiple times to give me updates about my vehicle as well as gave me options for certain parts, which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend taking your car here for repairs!

Fix Auto USA did a great job on my 2023 Nissan Rogue! I had an accident and they were very helpful throughout the repair process. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, answering any questions I had and providing me with updates. Junior was also very professional and kept me updated on the auto parts status, estimates, and work to be completed. They were fast and worked quick with my insurance. They obtained auto parts within 2 days and the vehicle was fixed within a week after obtaining auto body parts. My vehicle looks impeccable!
