I had to bring my new Prius in for repairs due to a fender bender that was messing with the Bumper Sensors and made the front bumper wobble. To make things more complicated, I had to leave the country for a month during the repairs. I came to Bel-Red Auto Rebuild and they immediately gave me a quote and I accepted. I was able to drop the car off and the team made my car look brand new after picking it up once I returned to the states. Tom was absolutely fantastic at communication and was patient with a demanding customer such as me. I will certainly be using their services for any car issues I may have in the future. Dom rocks! I felt they treat your car as their own, instead of getting money from you, they put good thoughts about what is best for their customer. The first time, I reached out for help regarding a paint color dismatch from other bodyshop. They could gave an quote and go ahead finish the job. Instead, they educated me the challenge of color match and advise me NOT re-paint it. This time, I had minor paint chip on the door edge. I reached out to Dom again, they helped me touched up the paint free of charge. They even gave me free tool in case of future. I would definitely trust them for any body work I would have.

This is one of the best places I've ever had to do business with. Granted, doing business when your car has been in a collision is tough business and should never be pleasant. However, working with Bel Red is not only pleasant, it is also deeply touching. I came in the day after my collision - by this point I've not been able to speak to a single person from my insurance company. Josiah took a step above his job description and got the adjustor on the phone while we were there. Shortly after, the insurance company was calling me, getting a statement, assuring me that all will be taken care of. Prior to taking my car to Bel Red Auto, I drove it to the collision center of the car maker, as I had no idea where to take it at 1:00 am, I sure wasn't going to drive it home; My accident was only a few blocks from the car maker's collision center. In the morning the dealer called me and told me that they were totally booked three months out and to come remove the car from their parking lot. When I showed up to pick up my keys and move the car, I told them I was taking it to Bel Red Auto, and the worker said "you couldn't take it to a better place." If that does not speak volumes, I don't know what does. Lastly, Bel Red Auto has worked on my Audi when it got hit back in 2018 and I could not have been more pleased. Bel Red Auto is a Go-To collision repair shop, as far as I am concerned.
