We chose to do a ceramic coating on my new Dodge ram truck. During the spring months after the coating was applied I would drive away from my house and any due or water buildup would simply whoosh away within the first 300 yards. It was amazing! After applying this coating the pollen dust and debris do not stick to my exterior paint as much as before. I can simply hose off my truck and cut down my maintenance time. It looks great I can't be more happier. I recommend this to everybody. John M

Just picked up my 2013 Porsche Boxter after Sam put her magic to it. OMG - It looks better than it would have looked in the showroom almost 10 years ago. Sam is very professional and always does an excellent job detailing my Tesla. It's not an easy car to maintain, since it has a wrap and she even contacted the shop that put it on to make sure she uses the correct products to protect it. I don't think many detailers would go to that degree and I really appreciated it. It comes out perfect every time! Couldn't recommend her enough!

I have been a customer (now a former customer) of Scotts Valley Car Wash for 23 years. Last year, my wife was asked to pay an additional $10 because her Tesla Model 3 was ‘overly dirty.’ She declined and refused to ever go back. On the recent Easter Sunday (04/20/2025), I brought my BMW in for washing (selecting the $35.99 Super Saver). I was planning on giving a $10 tip instead of the normal $5 tip because of it being Easter Sunday. However, I was asked for an additional $5 due to bug splatter on the front of the car. There were no other customers. Only employees standing around with nothing to do. Yes, I left, with no plans to ever return. Note: I (we) had never been told that ‘this time’ we will reduce the price because your car is merely a ‘bit dusty.’ I now drive to Santa Cruz for a car wash, instead of shopping locally (my preference). Sad for us, and sad for your business model. Ron Woll PS: I Hope ‘Coach’ is enjoying his retirement.
