Came in 7/23/25 with a slow leak in RR tire. Your tech found a bent rim on inside edge and bubbles rising in the tank with tire submerged. Cliff Scott advised us that new rim would have to be ordered. Check with area salvage found no replacement. Referral to Salvage Yard in Cedar Springs had one for pick up. I made the trip and your technician(don’t have his name) mounted my tire on new rim, installed it, stored the donut and had me on my way home same afternoon. Problem solving abilities, desire to help, and great attitudes was exhibited by both men. Thank you Belle Tire.

I bought tires from Belle tire back in July. And I was delighted at the fair price I got on the particular tires I was looking for. Then this week. After a few emails I decided to have them put new brake pads and turn my rotors on all 4 wheels. They did it for a lower than what both Toyota dealers were offering. So far I am a happy camper. 😊

I had to replace a TPMS sensor for my 2019 Subaru Forester. I was able to book my appointment when I wanted it via phone call. The front desk employees were knowledgeable and efficient. They said it would take an hour and I was down the road in 70 minutes. The charges were the very competitive leaving me both happy and confident I will return for other auto related repairs. I took my car in for an alignment, and they wanted me to replace the entire suspension system, when everything they listed wasn't even 6 months old. They wanted me to replace eight things, and the cost was almost $1,000, plus the alignment. They wanted to make more money off me than they should have. Terrible experience. I'll never go back to that place.

GO SOMWHERE ELSE, told me they got my truck as close as possible with nothing else left to do without buying extended parts, wheels were cambered by 5 degrees/ multiple inches, I got home jacked my truck up and with my Dad aligned it in 45 minutes. The Tech with Gauges in his ears said the cams were adjusted all the way- they were untouched.

We bought a full set of tires back in May, and had one pop unexpectedly in the snow yesterday. Luckily we were okay. Called today to see if they could help us or if the tires were under warranty. It was obvious that the man who answered the phone clearly didn't want to talk to us at all. We were told "Manufacturer defects only," which is fine, except for the condescending attitude of the person we spoke with. He told us "I know there's a puncture, these things don't just happen" and it was our fault because "we let the tire pressure get low and it overheated and popped." Maybe it is our fault, but that kind of attitude when we're just looking for assistance was unwarranted, especially when no one even looked at the tire!

Horrible service, when I got there I was the only one in line and was completely ignored for about ten minutes. None of the service “advisors” were on the phone or helping out other customers so I’m not sure why they couldn’t help me, not even an “I’ll be right with you”. Then when I was finally helped they offered to sell me a different set of tires and blatantly lied about the price until after I gave them my card, I thought it might’ve been a miscommunication but looking back I can confidently say it wasn’t. These guys are crooked, unprofessional and rude. They could benefit from repercussions by corporate for their inability to offer a professional service experience. Needless to say that this should be your last choice for a tire shop in the Muskegon area.

Worse place ever stole my money out my car caught them driving my car around claiming they needed to see if I need an alignment, but I was not asked if it was OK for them to check to see if I needed an alignment. I just wanted new tires put on and then I got ripped off out of that

Super nice, super fast but maybe too fast since all four of my tires lug nuts were loose. Car was wobbly the next day and my husband checked every tire and behold all four tires where loose. Bring some tools with you when you go to make sure they tightened them before leaving. Besides that safety issue they where amazing with service and the cost is cheaper than other stores in the area that claim to be “discount”.

I was in an accident and went into the snow bank which ended up causing the steering to shake at speeds over 30. Probably ice building up throwing off balance but wanted to be sure for peace of mind. Took my car to Belle for the first time on a Saturday. They were busy but the assistant manager who helped us was able to have a tech look at it. They checked the suspension, shocks and balance and determined it was just ice building up. Their tech removed all of the ice and had the car ready for us roughly 30 mins from arriving. I went to the counter to pay and he let me know it was no charge and was glad that everything was ok and we were safe to drive. I was in shock that they performed the work for free and felt blessed after such a rough week. Their professionalism, kindness during the interaction and thoroughness was above and beyond my expectations when arriving. I was so impressed with Belle that it will now be my tire shop going forward. If you plan on getting ties or anything tire related I highly recommend this store. Thank you Belle for the care and attention you pay to your customers- it is rare in today’s business world.
