The absolute worst service I have ever encountered in any business. My 1 ton truck aka f350 requires heavy duty tires. When I spend $1800 dollars on rubber only you’d think I would be taken care of considering that’s only tires. What about front end work,alignment etc…. When I got my new tires I went home to remove the center caps that go over each lug nut in other words 1 center cap covers each stud and lug nut. One of my studs were missing and obviously on a stud is the lug nut so they were both gone and if your center cap holds them in,then the obvious reason it was missing was because of belle tire. And another wheel was missing a lug nut. On a one ton truck there’s 8 studs and lug nuts for a reason. They never said anything about breaking and losing my truck parts and just rushed me out the door. Fast forward three months my passenger rear tire was near flat every morning I’d come out. Ok so $1800 for belle tire to break and lose parts to my truck and now I have to run my compressor for twenty minutes in the morning to fill my tire up because they didn’t know how to install a valve stem!!!!!! Just yesterday I finally had a bit of time to jack my truck up and remove the passenger rear tire myself and take it up there so I didn’t have to sit there for 3 hours. Dropped it off 3 hours before they closed thinking they’d take care of me because of the past problems!!! Nope. Manager whom claimed his name was Charles said he’d call me when ready. No call that day and no call the next after them being open for four hours. Went up there and tire was still not repaired manager never called and explained what the problem was. Got mad at me me because I was complaining about the service at that location and told me to never come back again. REALLY LIKE I WOULD???? Btw got on a chat with belle tire previously to this and was told customer service support would contact me. Never happened and foremost I complained on an email of the studs lug nuts missing and never got a response. BELLE TIRE SUCKS!!!!! And jeff Braun was whom I chatted with saying customer support would contact me and never did. I didn’t spend $1800 to have to fix their fk ups. Next move is on social media. Good luck belly tired. Charles btw is a chump. He could have easily called me and de escalated this situation. Communication is key to business,however belle tire just cares about your money. Never had a problem with discount tire and that’s where I’ll be going from here on out. And if you think just because you scheduled an appointment time to bring your vehicle in,that only means they’re ready to take your vehicle and put it in the system. Doesn’t mean your vehicle will be serviced at that time!!!!! What a joke. 8 mile and haggerty road location sucks 100%. Even with the tire rotations etc. they will never see another vehicle of mine,ever!!!!!! What a joke. Charles! Get a life!!!! Learn how to be professional!!!! Doughtful tho. Unbelievable my four tires cost more than most two vehicles tires and I’m still working on fixing their sloppiness. They’d get zero stars if an option. Save yourself the hassle and never go to belle tire ever!!! Btw they balanced my wheel without picking out the rocks. $300 $400 I can see but $1800!!!! Such a joke. Perhaps I need to go to Allen Park headquarters and talk in person. $1800.00 what a joke. Just like Charles!!! A joke!!!!

I have patronized the Northville location two times within the past year for the same tire because I work nearby. I understand it’s a free service. So I probably get pushed to the back of the line. However, I have had to wait anywhere between two-three hours each visits. I tried to schedule an appointment but they don’t have an option for slow air leaking tire or tire pressure check. The first time I walked in at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 5pm. The second time, I dropped off my car at 12:40pm. They called me at 2pm to ask me where the tire lock was, I missed the call because I was working and called back at 3:13pm to tell them where the tire lock was located. I returned to the at 4:30 hoping my car was complete. But, No it was not. The car wasn’t ready until 5:40 and they close at 6pm. Hopefully, I don’t have to go back for a while. I have been to other locations Southfield, Dearborn and Novi, and never waited this long.

Went to get my car aligned, they tried to tell me that my front suspension was all out of wack and it would cost $1200 to repair it. I took it to a different shop, they checked out all the suspension and said it looked great and went and did the alignment.
