My 2023 Ford Escape developed a slow leak in the passenger rear tire. I contacted Firestone and they could look at it in just a few days. I took the car in and had an oil change and tire rotation done at the same time as repairing the slow leak. It only took about one hour. I waited in their store watching TV. The work was done quickly. I am very satisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE. they were using fear tactics to get me to pay $3200……. Trying to get me to pay for repairs that didn’t need immediate attention. telling me there was oil “everywhere” and the car was a mess. Took my car to another shop and paid literally half of what Firestone was charging and other shop said there wasn’t oil “everywhere” save your money and find another shop.

My wife was traveling by this area back home with about 1.7 hrs left to get home, when she heard what she said sounded like a tin can flopping under the hood.
She FaceTimed me and she popped the hood, finding a snap on long handle clip removal tool from a Honda dealer we had repairs done about 2 months ago.
The tool was flipping around in the serpentine belt and shredded it.
I called Firestone and spoke with Jordan. Without question he said he could get her in right away and have a belt ordered within the hour.
My wife was on the road in no time back home.
They were friendly and timely. Can’t ask for much more. Thank you.
