All went fairly well. A little miscommunication on the rims I wanted but that was ironed out. The only problem is when I back up the tires rub fender liner. Will see if this works itself out by Wednesday, if not I'll go back for different tires. Will let you know how that goes if it comes to that. Hopefully well. Well its Monday and the tires were just to big. Went back Saturday and told them and they said come back Monday and we'll have the right size. They were true to their word. Love the tires, love the rims. Great job Dylann. Was in and out quick time too.

I have been dealing with Belle Tire on Tittabawassee for a number of years now and have bought tires for several vehicles from them. I recently purchased a set of aftermarket wheels for one of my cars, too. They have always provided quality service to me and I don't feel like they try to talk me into things I didn't ask for. Chris was able to help me get a very competitive price on my wheels and they did a great job with mounting and balancing them. Wait times are in line with other tire/service shops in the area. They have been helpful to me in the past and I look forward to dealing with them the next time I need new tires.

I had to take my work vehicle in after getting a flat and the rim of the wheel being bent. The guys here got me in quickly. This happened on a Friday and they had the new wheel in Monday. I was able to take the vehicle to them and they got me in and out within an hour replacing a wheel and two tires. I really appreciate how helpful they were getting this taken care of as soon as possible and getting me back on the road.

talked to Tyler yesterday, very knowledgeable, gave me a fair price on a set of 4 michlen tires. Called this morning yep tires are here. Got me in within 15 minutes after arrival. Inspected my vehicle found a leaking front strut and worn out rear shocks. Got every thing done and an alignment in 2 1/2 hrs. Drives like a brand new truck. They met a quote on a competitors price on the shocks. Chris and Savy were great to work with, kept me updated as the process went along. Very satisfied.

I had an VERY FRUSTRATING experience at your Saginaw location! I had an appointment for a windshield chip repair at 11:30am which I was told should only take 30 minutes to complete. I waited 1hr 45 mins and they still hadn’t even STARTED working on my car! And they only started the job when I went up to the desk to ask what my car’s status was. The staff didn’t give me any updates or check in or offer to reschedule due to running behind/forgetting about my car prior to this. The time went FAR past my allotted lunch hour and I had to take additional PTO which caused problems at work. If someone had warned me either when I arrived or when they started to get backed up with appointments then I could have easily rescheduled for another day instead of waiting for hours and causing problems with my own job.

UPDATE: After contacting corporate, they agreed to pay for the tire and apologized. I am thankful that corporate was helpful in this situation. Updated rating. Throughout the past couple months we've been trying to fix our vehicle through Bell Tire. We brought it in for a simple TPMS sensor light on the dash. Bell Tire agreed that it was bas TPMS sensors, and said 2 sensors were bad upon initial diagnostic scan. On 12/9/2024 Bell Tire charged us $162 for 2 TPMS sensors (labor and parts) The technician assured us that the TPMS light on the dash would disappear after driving it for a few miles. The light never went off. On 1/9/2025 Bell Tire charged us $162 AGAIN for 2 more TPMS sensors (labor and parts). The technician assured us AGAIN that the TPMS light on the dash would disappear after driving it for a few miles. Not only did the light never go off, but the valve stem was damaged during the wheel installation and caused the tire to go flat on the drive home. I drove an hour (each way) back to my mother's house to take off the flat tire and replace it with the spare donut tire. The next day my mother took the tire in to get the valve stem changed (unsure if she was charged), and now Bell Tire is stating the the tire that THEY broke the valve stem on is compromised and needs to be replaced for $87 plus tax. I called and explained the situation, stating they they needed to cover the cost of the compromised tire because THEY are the ones who broke the valve stem causing it to be driven on a flat tire. We've spent $416 at Bell Tire and hours of work and headache, and the car is in WORSE shape than when we originally brought it in! I called Bell Tire and spoke with an Associate and Manager. Both of them denied responsibility, claiming that the tire could have been compromised by factors other than the valve stem (extremely unlikely). At a minimum Bell Tire should cover the cost of the tire. They have done absolutely nothing to help us. Only robbed us of our money. Car is in worse shape than when we brought it in. Unacceptable.

I got a flat in the pouring rain on the highway and made it to Belle Tire. They not only pulled a rusty nail out of my tire, they didn't charge me for it and just told me to come back if I needed anything. You do not find service like this much anymore. Thank you so much!!

Just went there today to get a camper tire switched off the rim. That went fine. Then the guy told my wife that was with my 3 month old son saying "hmmm your car looks like it's about ready for new tires". My wife then said it shouldn't be we just bought 4 new tires from you guys a little over a yr ago. The guy then said well these are different tires and they never even sold these kinds of tires before. There mix matched tires on your car and said how the front tire is pretty bare. So she asked to bring up the old receipt of her purchase a little over a yr ago and brought the receipt back to me. After already calling my mechanic asking him if they have cameras on were our car was parked and he said yea he did, but no one went around it where it was parked. So when my wife came to me with the car I looked at all the tires and they were "all the same" no mix matched tires". I looked at the receipt she gave me and they were all the same as the receipt showed. Nothing different. So this guy made me and my wife freak out (!)over something he probably just wanted to make a extra $1000 profit for. Last time I go there! Just wanted to take full advantage of my wife! Beware! ⚠️

Do not make an appointment, waste of your time. Made an appointment for 10am and car didn't go back till 1130 and didn't get worked on till 12. They dont uphold their appointments. Very frustrating especially for the amount we paid for.

Came to Belle tire for a wheel alignment and at amazing price. It's first come first serve and done within an hour.. friendly faces and any questions u need answered they were very helpful.. needed a ton of work on my front tires and they made it affordable for me to get my parts fixed and make it safe for me to drive.. thank you so very much Trevor for taking such great care of my car.. your the greatest🙂🙂

Had a leaking tire and rolled into their parking lot on Friday. Walter (pretty sure that was his name) was super friendly. He inspected the tire and said they couldn’t patch it. We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and had to get right back on the road ASAP. They changed our tire for us for no charge! It was the nicest thing I’ve seen in business. Will definitely be back for all future business because of the wonderful customer service and friendly, helpful staff!

When I had work done here years ago my brakes went out afterwards. I ended up having to have my car towed. Upon inspection there was a bright new shiny bolt for the brake lines that had been replaced. Not a piece of any dirt on it.. and they never admitted to doing it. Haven't been back since.
