Ben's Quality Cycle is the BEST!!! I had a hydraulic clutch cable failure and could not successfully bleed the system. Ben took the time to look for necessary parts and gave me part numbers to use when calling local motorcycle dealers in the Idaho Falls area (Who does that???). When I still had trouble getting all the air out of the hydraulic clutch system, I brought my bike to Ben and he got me back on the road, good as new. He is a special human being and I'm a better person for having met his acquaintance. Thank you very much Ben's Quality Cycle!!!!

Just want to give props to Ben. Awesome old school approach to customer service and mechanical repair; he carefully looks over the bike even if you've just come in for an oil change. He did a valve check / oil change on my '05 SV650, price was extremely fair, and done in a timely fashion. Honest businesses seem increasingly hard to find, but I've found a gem with Ben's Quality Cycle.

Ben's service was EXCEPTIONAL. I was doing a trip from Canada to California and had bike troubles so i brought it into Ben. He spent close to 90 minutes working on my bike but only charged me for 30 minutes and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Him alongside the rest of the shop were all very cordial and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier with the service I received :)

If there was a great quality and excellent service tab, that is what I would rate them as. I was not impressed with another motorcycle repair shop in town, so I googled motorcycle repair shops and Ben's popped up. Ben stated that they were pretty busy as well and that it may take a couple of days to look at it. I was okay with that. He figured out why my bike was not holding its charge, changed the oil, and took care of some other minor issued on it for more than a reasonable price. He also educated me on my bike which I was appreciative. I have found my repair shop for all my motorcycle needs. What great customer service! Thank you Ben!

Ben is one of the nicest guys ever. Took the time to really help me on an old carburetor that no one else would even look at.
