Sam's Auto Body did an amazing job with my car. I was rear ended, and called the BMW dealership to see who they recommended to do the repair. They referred us to Sam's Auto Body. They were so great in helping get my car back to brand new. They were kind and super accommodating with our schedule. We had a trip planned and were really hoping to have the car repaired while we were gone so the time being down one vehicle while we were home would be minimal. They were so great and fit us in so we could drop it off right before we went out of town, and we were only without it for 2 days when we got back. There was a small issue with some scratches on the steering wheel, which unfortunately happened during the repair. When we pointed it out, they were great, tried to fix it, and ultimately had to get a new steering wheel. They just ordered and replaced it with no question. The whole team at Sam's Auto Body was great, and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. It is such a stressful situation when a car is crashed, they lightened the load. Excellent service!

My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn’t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I’m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!

Sam's Auto Body crew deserves a 10 star rating!! The exemplary paint job on my Cobalt is the best paint job I have ever seen! Talk about expertise workmanship and shine detail! I am thrilled beyond words. The crew discovered extensive body damage only revealed in ultraviolet light. They repaired about every part of my vehicle's exterior, replacing my two rear side windows, the back window, and bumpers. My Cobalt also received a brand new hood! Sam's Auto Body is friendly, reliable, and simply the best place for a paint job; second to none. Total satisfaction guaranteed!!

I feel like I could write a novel about how happy I am with Sam's right now. I brought in an old, crap Volkswagen Van that I've had for years. The front corner was hit well before I bought it and in all of that time I was never able to open the driver's door. My simple and silly request was that they pull out whatever they needed to so I could open the door. Didn't care if it was ugly, just wanted it to be functional. What I was asking for was not the "correct" way to fix the problem and I think most body shops would have turned me away. Sam's did not. At the end of the day, they were able to pull the corner and straighten out the door to be fully functional. Almost to the point I can put an OEM turn signal back on. I could not be happier with the work that they did and the kindness they showed me. I'm going to have to re-learn how to get in and out of the van now.

The truck our son drives was involved in a hit and run. At this time, we just wanted to get it fixed so it was drivable. They came out and took a look at it, went back into the shop, brought out a special kind of crowbar, carefully pried back the bumper so the inner wheel lining would relax so the wheel wasn't hitting it and sent me on my way without a charge! If you have a BMW with the laser headlights, you don't want to have to replace one out of warranty. The part cost of a single headlight is $6,000; then add the labor. My headlight had significant condensation inside apparently from a breached seal. The guys at Sam's went above and beyond to find a business across the country that repairs and rebuilds these headlights. It took a bit of time due to shipping over the holidays, but the bottom line is my headlight was rebuilt for about one-tenth (yes 1/10th) the cost to install a new one. These guys are all about what's best for the customer. Thank you!

I was referred to Sam’s by BMW of IF. I had minor damage on the front bumper of my 535d. The bumper and grill needed to be replaced and Brylee worked with the insurance company to ensure the replacement parts were original BMW and not aftermarket. The work was performed in less than a week and executed flawlessly. I’m VERY meticulous about my car and let me tell you, these guys did it right. It was even detailed when I came to get it. Brylee & Dan helped when our two VW GTIs were involved in a minor mishap. Dan worked to ensure that the parts were OEM, which was greatly appreciated. The repairs were done quickly & expertly, leaving no trace of the previous damage. Dan even gave us advice on the rock chips on the hood of our BMW X5 and recommended a local small business to get a clear bra. Both Brylee & Dan are car guys who clearly love what they do, which makes a huge difference in the level care & expertise shown to each vehicle.
