Starting a 9 hour road trip with a blow out is never a great way to start, but at least it happened just north of town. After calling around, Big O Tires had the size I needed & got me in right away! They were 30% cheaper & 2 hours faster than their competition! Shout out to Josh & the guys for helping us get back on the road so fast & hassle free! We made it to Devils Tower late, but we still made it the same day, thanks to Josh & the team. We rolled 1,000,000 km at the park as planned! Thanks again from tsxtravels!

Had an alignment done 2 days before I brought it in to Tire Pro's and I'm sure glad I got a second opinion. I took it to a local dealership and they charged me full price ($125) for basically not doing anything. They told me I had a bent rear solid axle and didn't tell me about some parts in the front end that were worn out i.e. steering damper, end link, ect.. Turns out that the rear axle is just fine. I will be coming back for all my alignment needs in the future! Thank you Tire Pro's!

From the moment I booked my wheel alignment and wheel swap out to picking up my vehicle it was a very positive experience. The staff acknowledged me as I walked into the door and explained everything that I needed to know. They called me to inform me that my vehicle requires more repairs before the alignment could be done. A new appointment was scheduled for next week when they have the parts in and enough time to finish the repairs. I felt that I was well informed and well taken care of. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and the check out was quick and easy. I have learned that buying tires at a big box store may save me a little money but they do not offer the excellent service that George's provides. I like that I'm supporting a small local business. I would travel out of my way to take my car to George's for my tire needs.

Always honest. That's most important, they don't up-sell crap on you, they're refreshingly (rare these days) honest. I have bought tires, had tires balanced, had alignment. This is the best place to get your tires from! Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful! I just purchased my second set of tires from them because of the excellent customer service they have provided me over the last couple of years since my first set I purchased from them. I knew something was wrong with my front end, so I asked a friend who was a certified mechanic to come look at it. He confirmed that the parts and pieces were fine (including the upper and lower ball joints), and that it just needed to be aligned. I took it to George's Tire to get aligned. When they picked up the keys, I told them that I wasn't interested in replacing any parts, to just do the best they could with the parts that were in place. I said that because they had advised me to replace parts in the past for a different vehicle that didn't end up needing replaced. Well, they came out 10 minutes later with the sad news that both of my lower ball joints needed to be replaced, and that they were charging me $40 for this generous diagnosis - a diagnosis which I did not ask for, did not want, and did not believe. I asked for a computer printout of the existing alignment, but they couldn't produce one. I waited until I confirmed with another company before writing this review. A more honest company aligned my truck today, with no trouble from the ball joints. George's Tire is not an honest mechanic. They'll do excellent work for you that - if you knew enough to be able to tell the difference - you didn't need in the first place. Avoid!

I would steer clear of this shop. I had a brake installation error and asked for the shop to take responsibility transporting my vehicle back to the shop. They refused. A business with “50+ years” of experience shouldnt be willing to risk liability and customer safety to save the expense of a tow. What left an even worse impression was management’s response. Instead of taking ownership, blame was directed toward the technician. As someone who has worked as a service writer myself, I understand that human error can happen. I’m also smart enough to know mechanics don’t write policy. I walked away feeling bad for the shop guys. Im sorry your leadership would sell you out like that. That’s seriously not cool. Management should protect their clients, AND their employees. I witnessed none of that.

EDIT: The owners reached out to us and replaced two of our wheels, which we really appreciated. We were told the technician responsible for the damage was reprimanded. Although we don’t plan on returning, we are grateful that they took responsibility and replaced the two most damaged wheels. Thank you for the resolution. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. We brought our truck in for new tires and ended up with 3 out of 4 rims damaged, and not just lightly. Only a few minor scrapes existed beforehand, but what we got back was a whole different level. On the first wheel, it looks like their balancing machine scratched the rim in perfect circles, absolutely tearing up the finish. On the second, there are deep, brutal gouges like someone used a tool and a mallet to force the old tire off. The third wheel has more gouges and damage that 100% were not there before. These wheels were nearly $2,000, and we paid $1,700 for this work just to have them wrecked. We will never be back, and I pray to God they make this right, because this is unacceptable. I know for a fact the rims didn’t have anything even remotely close to this damage prior. Please, please, PLEASE!!! take photos of your wheels the day you go in, because apparently this place can’t be trusted with your property. I hope no one else gets screwed over like we did.
