This last time I was very disappointed. I always get signature service. They’re supposed to top off all my fluids and check everything. Vacuum the floors inside the truck and wash the windows. When I got home, I had to fill my Windshield washer fluid and I noticed in the back windows were never cleaned and I had to finish vacuuming my floors. I think they just took the floor mats out and shook them off. I just feel when you pay for something you should get what you paid for and this time I did not.

Horrible customer service. Air conditioning went out while traveling, Jiffy Lube did a test and advised I would need a repair shop. When asked for a referral your manager told me she wouldn't trust any mechanic in your town. Very unprofessional and rude. She acted like she had a hangover.

I am starting to feel like I need to find another place to get my car serviced. Came in to get a full service on my car and have had puddles of oil in my garage ever since since. I feel like their a lack of motivation for professional and reliable service!

Great service and staff! We were in town briefly for an appointment, as we came off the freeway, we had an oil temp light come on forna sec and then turned off. So we pulled over, checked over the car and found the transmission fluid was low. These guys got us in, did research to make sure they had the right fluid for my finicky beast, and filled it! Even before our appointment! Thanks again!

My car had just been washed when I went in there. It is black and shows every little thing. When they wash the windows, they ran water down from the window to the bottom of the car all the way around every window had I have noticed this while I was there I could’ve went next-door and washed it, but I didn’t notice it till I got all the way back to Shelley. My windows weren’t dirty when they started, but my car was an entire mess when they finished the oil change was fine, but the service was poor.

First time customer. Bad experience hoping to get a good service. A bunch of oil spilled around the oil cap . When I asked why the guy said oh it was my bad . They didn’t clean it up until I asked them . Very disappointed and highly not recommend

overall bad service. they used to be great and fast and had comp drinks the room cooler was empy. after completing an oil change a had to have 600 $ dallers werth of work done on my drive shaft and cam on ny dodge jurney . they forgot to mention that when they were underneath the car. i will not have my oil chaged there ever again.

Idiots over filled the oil on my truck and proceeded to tell me I was wrong when I pointed it out. My truck holds 7 quarts of oil, I brought two 5 quart jugs in with me. 5+4=7 according to these "professionals". I had them pull the dipstick multiple times and they couldn't see it was over filled and couldn't figure out they had put 9 quarts in. I finally got them to drain some oil out to an acceptable level and got the hell out of there. Never going to this location again!

We got right in for our oil change and it was done quickly. When the work was complete they brought me out into the bay to check that all caps were tight and pulled the dipstick to show the oil was full. I’ve been to Jiffy Lube in all of the western states and that’s the first time any of them have done that . Good Job Idaho Falls!

I visited the pacheri store and the manager personally took the time to check all the fluids and top them off,I appreciate that he could have easily handed this off to a employee, but obviously he is a hands on manager, so i will always go back to this store for my oil changes.

The gentleman did not out my coupon in right and when I asked him about it he said yeah that’s right but 15% of 84.99 is not $5.55. They also didn’t give me my free car wash as posted on the side of the building. They were friendly and did a good job other that those two things.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube on 570 Pancheri Dr. for years until last week. I will never step foot in one again.The girl tightened the cap so tight the O-Ring broke. From there it was a disaster. As you can see from the pics. I went back to explain what had happened. The front door was locked, knocked on the door to get the girls attention to Let us in the office. Got greeted with “WHAT DO YOU WANT” I said the Manger. She yelled across the shop for the manger. From there it just got worse. Explained what had happened after my oil change there. Manger mumbled under his breath that I was the one who broke the O-Ring. I explained that I had not touched it and asked him to explain why I had oil explode all under my Jeep all the way to the back window. They wanted me to drive my vehicle back to the shop so they could look at it themselves. Well I explained I was not going to drive it there due to there could be more damage if I started it and drove it here. Manger kept asking what we wanted him to do about it? Said he would give me my money back. Well that don’t solve the problem of the damage that was done to my vehicle. They printed off my invoice and the manger explained to the very rude girl that she was the one that worked on it. She said “I don’t remember working on it” funny how her initials where on the invoice and she is the person that went over everything they had done. The manager said he would come to my house and look at things and check to see if it was ok to drive it to the shop. After he got to my house his tone and attitude changed from what at it was at the shop. As you can see from the pics I have posted it was a mess! He checked the oil and it had 2 quarts left in there. He changed the filter and added oil to it. Drove it back to the shop. The girl still had very bad attitude. I explained if I was to talk to the public like her at my job, I would no longer have one. The manger was the only one to work on my vehicle this time. As of this morning there is still oil leaking from under my vehicle.
