Ray has had my car for 12 months, yes that is correct. a whole year and now I can not get in contact with anyone from the shop and they will not return my calls. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

My 2004 Nissan xterra broke its timing belt while I was driving it out in the mountains. They replaced that and the water pump for a very fair price and made sure nothing was damaged when it broke. Runs great now and will definitely use Ray in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend going here at all. I took my car in to have a bumper changed as well as my rim replaced as well as my thermostat. He had my car for a couple days didn’t do anything with it . Asked me a couple times what was wrong with it (mind you the check engine light was on) . I got my car back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Then after having it for a couple days he said he didn’t like ordering parts online. My boss knows him and his wife and admits he’s not the best of mechanics.

Ray is a great guy! I had just moved here and Ray was able to fix my radiator within a day and had me back on the road. I now have "my mechanic" in Idaho Falls. This guy is understanding, quick, and if there is a mistake he makes it right. I will go back to him and only his shop. Really trust this guy.
