I'm just here to say that the gal behind the desk might want to mute herself when she goes to transfer people and starts mocking them for clicking on the wrong Department. I called at 1:50 and had pressed the zero so whoever she was, and when I tried to call to tell her that, I just got put into the automated system so I'm pretty sure she was redirecting it to the automated system.

Probably won't be back. The employees are not very kind or helpful, and seem to purposefully pay more attention to some people over others. They ruined a tire I took to them and when we told them we wern't happy about it their attitude was pretty much "whatever". We went to the Quicklane on Northgate and Holmes and the story was the direct opposite. Very helpful and kind, apologetic about the attitudes at the other store. I WOULD recommend the Holmes location. Mostly a personnel issue. Prices are good.

Dennis is the only good thing about this place. I went in for a simple alignment with brand new rims and tires and they messed up over 3 times! The third time they destroyed one of my really expensive tires it was wore out Unevenly in a few random spots! as if somebody took a grinder to it. And told me I needed to buy new tires because of it costing me almost 700$ in new tires and they took the tire and disposed of the evidence. I feel stupid for not reporting this when it happened I just let it go but honestly what they did was shady and I should have sewed them for this because I know for a FACT IT WASNT LIKE THAT BEFORE I WENT IN I bought them that same week. This place seriously fraud I know mechanic did it out of jealousy due to me driving a nice car on really nice 17inch rims n low pro tires n that's messed up.

Had an appointment for 130, didn’t even make it to the bay until 3. Guy behind the desk had zero communication with me until I told him to take it out of line and I’d go home. He said he could get it in right away. Service was terrible.

Complete garbage now. Went in to get snow tires switched and was told they couldn’t because they’re more than 5 years old. Duh I’ve only driven on them like a quarter of that time. December to March. The guy was nice explaining what was up and he seemed annoyed by Lithia’s new rules, too, so I give them a second star. As soon as they start charging me for oil changes I’m done there forever.

Had them do a wheel and tire setup on my car, and they ran into an issue with the odd lug nuts the wheels required. They went out of their way to find fitting lug nuts and even procured them in a cool color for me. It was hassle free and the staff listened and delivered.

I have went here several times. I liked that everything, including tire rotations was included in the oil change. Little things were frustrating like not resetting the oil life light or the rebates printed from Quicklane’s website being nearly impossible to redeem. You don’t really see the same guys twice so I think staff must change a lot. Those were mild annoyances. My last visit however was pretty frustrating - I got an oil change. The next day TPMS light says front tire is low I check it and my gauge says it’s fine. I check the rear tire and it’s low - so TPMS lights hadn’t been reset when they rotated tires. I stop at their shop first thing in the morning the guy says they are just learning their GMC equipment for resetting the TPMS and that it was definitely their fault. I asked if they could reset them and check out the low tire for a leak - he said it will be 4 hours!! I mentioned I’d have to wait there and asked that because it was their mistake if they could work me in sooner - he just said their busy and he’ll do what he could. When I pressed on a time frame he still maintained 4 hours. I went around the corner to commercial tire and they reset the light and got me back on the road in 15 minutes! I won’t bother using Quicklane again! 8/4/18 - I’m updating this review to 3 stars because their service manager did contact me and apologized for their poor service. He explained some changes they were making that he thinks will address their deficiencies. I appreciate the effort to correct a mistake.

Our car had a vibration that we took it in to have tires checked and rebalance. Had tires balanced before leaving Oklahoma two days earlier. They quickly found the problem and had it corrected within 45 minutes and had us on our way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car service

They'll change your oil and it's probably better than Jiffy lube. They aren't terribly fast and they'll call you for weeks afterwards to see if you are satisfied, ugh. The WiFi is decent so you if you can work remotely the wait isn't terrible. They are difficult to work with for tires when you want something specific, but they are fair when you want something standard.

I needed to get my SUV serviced before or trip to Utah. Sadly, I procrastinated as usual and it wasn't ready the day before I had to leave. These guys helped me out when i first moved to town to get some great snow tires for my rear wheel drive Lincoln. A year later i called them to get them switched out and they were having a Spring Special. Wow! I needed help and they were awesome polite as always and saved my bacon with a killer sale! It was an amazing experience. I have a commercial van that usually takes 2 plus hours to service at other locations. I was in and out in just barely an hour. They even had to use a manual jack to rotate the tires because of the length of my vehicle. I will go back for sure.

On our road trip, we hit black ice and got banged up. We just wanted to check to see if everything fared well as we were shaken up. We took the car here and the staff quickly took a very thorough look at it and determined nothing was amiss and we were able to safely continue our trip. We offered to pay but they refused. Very friendly, we appreciate the staff!

once again, I have to leave a 1-Star review, not that they care at all, since nobody bothered to leave any reply or contact me after my previous negative reviews. So, I had an appointment for an oil change (under their lifetime free oil change, which I PURCHASED!) at 1pm. I got there at 12:35 The car was ready at 2:25 Why in heaven's name does a standard oil change need to take 2 HOURS??? Jiffy Lube does the same work in 10 minutes!!! And again, their nonchalant demeanor, as if this is the way it should be, is infuriating! If I didn't already pay so much for this service, there's no way I would set my foot or tire in this place!!! And, since you KNOW that your customers would be waiting for such a looooooooong time, why not enhance your lobby with FREE drinks, fresh coffee and pastries, popcorn, or something that shows you care? But truthfully, you don't really care, right?!? If you're a paying customer - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I would recommend this Quicklane to everyone! They were so quick and easy to deal with. I was told it would take around 2 hours for them to change my tires because of how busy they were. It ended up taking less than an hour. Also ask for Dylan when you go in. He's the best guy there!

They mistook our transmission plug for the oil plug. Our car could have exploded if we didn't catch the problem before leaving the parking lot. Then the worker had the audacity to say "Well it's okay because you're getting a free transmission flush out of this." That DOES NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT. Their carelessness almost cost me my car! I am never ever coming back here! Update - A different body shop also told us they ruined the oil drain plug and didn't replace it. They literally snapped the head off of it and left it that way.

Travis & his team of knowledgable mechanics were great! My scheduled appointment was for an oil change. However, I was very fortune the Quick Lane team performed a complimentary vehicle inspection, too. As it turned out, one of the rear brake callipers on my Prius had somehow become frozen at an angle. The misalligned calliper had been gouging my rotor for a while without my knowledge. To make matters worse, by the time I bought my car in, I had very little brake pad left on my rear wheels. Travis invited me in to the work area for a look where he & his team showed me the evidence and explained. Additionally, without pressure or obligation tactics, he offered me a repair estimate; Well done Travis! Next, per my request, Travis went to great lengths to ensure I received the repair estimate in hardcopy. Needless to say, he & his mechanic team's actions reaffirmed my reasoning for being a Quick Lube return customer. Keep up the great work team! And thank you each and every one.
