I am from central Montana. I found the exact low mileage truck that I had been looking for. Called Jason ASAP and it was a great experience from that moment on. We’ve never had good experiences when buying a car, yet we decided to come to this Tadd Jenkins because they had a car we liked that was marked a good price. Trent is who we worked with on this deal. He’s down to earth and not once did he make us feel pressured into buying anything. I could tell he just wanted to get us into a vehicle we were happy with. There was a truck that had just come in on trade that I fell in love with and I was tentatively thinking of buying that as well. After going through process with both vehicles, we decided to go for it. They shopped around to different banks to get us the right rate and both vehicles we bought were quite below blue book value! Since the truck had come in so early, they hadn’t had time to go through it yet before I bought it. There was something minor with the passenger side mirror on my truck. They got me in quick, gave me a loaner to use, mind you, I work construction. I had my truck back to me in a day.The whole experience was great, Trent went out of his way multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. I’m feeling like at this point I will only buy from Broadway Tadd Jenkins!

We just bought our '22 Ford Edge from Tadd Jenkins yesterday and I definitely recommend them. Everyone was awesome during the whole experience. Jason in sales went above and beyond what I expected in order to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle before purchasing. Jason in finance was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had before making the purchase. Chris in detail made our used car look brand freaking new. Bad customer service. I bought a car with problems. I addressed the problems the first couple of weeks and they refused to fix anything and told me i need to diagnose the problem myself, brakes being one. I almost crashed because my brakes went out for the second time. Once the warranty no longer covered the car they decided they would fix the brakes. They then told me they would pay $500 if I pay $200 and they only paid for $300. Do not recommend, they are there to sell not serve. Was also told my brakes were brand new when I brought the car, they have taken my car to blackfoot to be worked on twice and blackfoot ford store has no record of my car at the ford store for my ford edge... Untrustworthy business.

Love the vehicle I bought there. Don't like the service much though. Before getting my car they were suppose to fix the parking brake. Got the warranty to cover myself in case. The parking brake was never fixed correctly so it still doesn't work. When I parked thinking that it was fixed it rolled and broke a part on my car. When I went in to get it fixed was told warranty doesn't fix it. So I now have a broken part that should be on them for not fixing it correctly. But that is not the case. So I will go elsewhere when buying from now on.
