Insurance has me take my truck here and they were polite, honest, and time efficient. They went above and beyond and call me with repairs that needed to be done that insurance didn’t cover and the me the option for them to fix it. Fair prices and good work. Thank you guys for fixing my truck

Took a star away for each week the repair got delayed. Wouldn't have been much of an issue normally because usually things are out of their control. However, every time I called the receptionist would tell me the reason, then I'd get a message with a different reason, then the insurance would tell me something else. Seemed like they just squeezing out the insurance as much as possible. Original estimate was around 12k with each delay it would increase a little until it reached 17k. Also got a $50 parking pass taken out of my car which was annoying. When I went to pick up my car they made me sign a paper saying I'd remove things from my car if I didn't want them lost. Maybe they should have people sign it when they drop of the car instead seems way less shady that way. If the car doesn't have any issues for the next 5 months related to the repairs then I'll move my rating up to 4 stars since the repairs appear to be good. Although they do outsource to other companies for portions of the repair that they don't do themselves. Not sure much they actually did themselves.

Dan's Collision Repair is a fantastic company! We were very happy with every part of our experience with them. We started off with another auto body company on the other end of town and were very disappointed to the point we switched to Dan's Collision Repair. We were impressed by the thorough estimate that they did. We felt confident that they would fix our vehicle properly. The paint color was a very good match. Their customer service is outstanding and they were very prompt. We would absolutely recommend Dans and are happy we have a reliable auto body shop to take our vehicles to. We have five children and the oldest is 13. We have many years ahead and kids at some point are bound to do damage to our vehicles during there teenage years. Thank you Dan's for an awesome job!

What was broken was fixed, but something that was fine is now broken (x2) A car slid against the side of my truck in January, I tried for 2 months to go to any body shop besides Dan's, because I had heard of poor experiences. But I had Progressive and Dans was the only place that worked directly with them. So my Progressive agent called with me and they scheduled my appointment.... For 5 months later in August. Fast forward, I take my truck in on the day, I get it back within 2 weeks. And I come to find that the button on my driver door panel that locks and unlocks the ability for passengers to control their windows is loose, still working, but wiggling about. Today I stop by, they take it back. I'm told they wouldn't have had anything to do with it, they'll replace the whole panel of switches for $100. I asked them to put it back in the door so I could go. The button does not work at all now. This whole experience has made me so sad, and frustrated. But it's fine I guess when I want that button to work I'll go pay $100 somewhere. Not here.

We were very impressed with the honesty at Dan's. We took our car in to get a quote to repair a minor scratch on our brand new car. They could have charged us $1000 to "repair" the damage, but instead they took the time to buff it out right then and showed us that it was just paint transfer from the object that hit it. They didn't even charge us for their time. What a great company! We will definitely recommend them and return to them for future repairs.

I would just like to share what a pleasant experience I had when my Tundra was repaired by Dan’s Collision Repair. They have a motto that they treat their customers like people, not like just another paint job, and it’s true. Everyone I spoke to was unfailingly pleasant and accommodating throughout the entire process, including a couple of personal requests I made to them that were beyond the scope of the job. And speaking of the repair job itself, it was perfectly done with a high standard of quality control. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work. Great job, Dan’s!

My chevy colorado hit the side of the garage and left a long streak of white on the door. I stopped at another collision center just to the west of dan's. They told me it would require the door to be removed and repainted and quoted me 1100 dollars. Dans estimator grabbed some thinner and polish and removed the damage in 5 minutes. I really appreciated Dans taking an honest approach and helping me out. That showed real integrety and they just earned a customer for life. Im going to update my review becuase we brought in a second car and I will once again give dans 5 stars!! they are honest in little things and will be honest in big things! Trust these guys.

I took my 2018 bmw 440i here after it got hit on the passenger side while parked. After picking it up, there’s still a “wub wub” sound coming from the side it got hit from. I was told to call them in case this happened, and they immediately said “We can’t do anything without insurance so you’ll have to call them” Now I’ll have to struggle with the insurance company because they couldn’t fix the car right the first time.

I hit a deer in Jackson Hole, WY on a Friday evening on 9/22/2023, 1900 miles from home (Georgia). I called the GMC dealer in Idaho Falls about having my truck towed there for repair. Was told that they did not do body work. They suggested Dan's Collision Repair that they were GMC qualified. I called Dan and he said he would be glad to repair my truck so I had it towed there. I drove to Idaho Falls on the following Monday and talked to Dan. I was very impressed with his repair facility and the fact that he said he would repair it as good as new (truck was only 2 months old). Unfortunately the day I hit the deer, the United Auto Workers went on strike. Dan had trouble getting parts for the repair. He keep in close contact with me on the progress of the repair for the 4 months it took to get the parts and do the repair. I had my truck shipped back to Georgia and upon inspection, it was as good as new. I would highly recommend Dan and his professional staff for any of your repair needs.

Dan's Collision Repair is now our Go To for auto repairs. Our granddaughter hit a deer on her way home from college. Her car was drivable but needed to be fixed. We basically showed up at Dan's & said "Fix it" & they did! In less than 2 weeks it was done! Dan's people were polite, knowledgeable, & oh so easy to work with. They did everything; All the insurance rig-a-marol, kept us informed about what was happening, & progress on the repair. They even completed the repair a day before their estimate. We are VERY IMPRESSED! If you need your car fixed, GO TO DAN'S COLLISION REPAIR!
