I received a $3960.65 invoice from National Car Rental after Jackson Hole Airport had an issue with a miniscule paint scrape upon returning a rental. Jesse Shumway and Valley Collision and Towing was the listed repair facility and provided National Car Rental a 52 Line Item bill. Jesse's comments were, "Not sure what to tell you man". What a disgrace.

I’m super impressed by how well they fixed my mom’s car. They did an amazing job and the customer service is superb. They picked the vehicle up in Pocatello and brought it straight to the shop, making for an even speedier repair process than having to deal with multiple companies. Highly recommended!! My pregnant daughter was in an accident and she was stuck on the phone with insurance to get a tow . That's a Joke. I called Valley and the were there within 20 minutes ! The entire staff from pickup to the office and dealing with insurance were so Amazing ! Thank you !!!

Valley Collision did an amazing job repairing my Chevy Silverado after I was involved in a accident. A wait for some parts on backorder because of the GM strike but no fault of Valley Collision. Sara and Jesse kept me informed of progress and delays and even made arrangements to get new tires on it which were due to be replaced. Much appreciated

I cant leave another review, but these guys bailed me out again. (Jul 2023) My nephews lost a tire at the busiest interception (I-15 and US-20) At 4:45 pm. The state police wanted the car gone asap. I called valley collision, told them the situation and they had someone heading our way quickly. These guys have taken care of me multiple times, they will always be my first call. (Feb-2022)These folks took care of me every step of the way. Their communication kept me at ease and they did all the heavy lifting with the insurance company. They treated me like I was their only customer which means a lot.

Not too long ago I was hit by another driver who ran a red light. Next thing I know, I’m in an ambulance heading to the ER. I wasn’t able to stick around to give a police report or contact anyone to move my car. Even though I didn’t have a choice in towing companies, I feel so blessed that it ended up here. In my first year of college, I purchased Cobalt (my car) with 8 miles on him, and we’ve traveled a good 80,000 miles together over the past 6 years. I am absolutely gutted by this loss, but the people here have been so kind, patient, and helpful. VCT has been an invaluable resource during this difficult time. They gave me tips on how to make sure I get fair compensation for this loss. They helped explain to me what to expect from insurance companies and what to be wary of. A very nice lady assured me I could contact her if I had any other questions or concerns about this process, and she didn’t make me feel like I was burdening her when I did. When the time came for me to sign the release papers, she gave me a sweatshirt. Maybe that seems insignificant, but when you’re going through losses like this, acts of generosity like that really make a difference. *reminder* keep your eyes on the road when operating a motor vehicle. I feel so lucky to just be alive right now.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I was in an accident and took my car over the same day to get a quote on repairs. They got my quote and sent it over to the guy’s insurance that hit me and the process was started. However, the insurance company was dragging their feet and not wanting to pay for the full cost of damages, but Jesse is the man! He covered the cost to fix what the insurance company wouldn’t! Him and his team at Valley helped make my stressful situation hassle free and when I got my car back it looked better than the day I bought it! I will forever be taking all of my vehicles to Valley Collision for paint and bodywork!
