Car had been running fine for 220,000 miles. Never a single issue aside from a slightly leaky power steering column. I came in for a routine radiator flush and refill. I was weirded out when they were finished in the time it took to run my credit card. Seriously, how do you drain, flush (clean), rinse, and fill in less than 10 minutes? I expected the job to take at least 45 minutes. But they processed my payment and sent me on my way. I should have demanded to see the coolant they drained or something, or the stuff they put in. About 200 miles down the road, my radiator completely burst open. I am 100% certain it was due to this shop messing something up. But there's no way for me to prove it. The cost to tow the car to a shop and replace the radiator would be more than the cost of the car itself (an old Corolla). So I was forced to junk the car and rent a car to get me to my destination. Jiffy Lube's carelessness cost me nearly $2000. Never trust a place that does a job that ought to take an hour in only 10 minutes. That's my $2000 lesson. And maybe don't trust the guys at this particular location.

I brought my own oil and oil filter. I still paid almost $100. I paid $98 for my oil and oil filter so I could guarantee the quality. I was given a credit of $7. You can’t tell me all the oil and filter was worth is $7. There is no way labor should cost $98. Any other place charges $20 labor for an oil change. I expected a little more because my air filter was replaced but not $100 worth. Never again!!!

Tried this location after another (local) location failed to tighten the drain plug leaving me with a mess I'm still trying to clear up in my driveway. Well, here's a shiny new puddle. Climbed under the truck and found oil dripping from bith the plug AND the filter. Lesson learned, I'll just stop being lazy and just do it myself. A $200+ oil change is painful enough without wasting hours trying to clean oil out of concrete.

Jiffy Lube was any thing but Jiffy. I was told it would take about 25 min but ended being 1 hour and 15 min. Sense of urgency did not appear with the staff. Enjoyed the $26 discount for my full synthetic lube job though.

They are very honest. I was told from another place that my transmission fluid was dark and ready to be changed. This place told me that it was good and showed me that my transmission fluid was red and clear. I really appreciate the honesty, especially since many places don't seem to be these days.
