Robert Wadsworth bent over backwards to help me out even though my truck was no longer under warranty. He was very willing to try several quick fixes at no cost. I have never been to a body shop so willing to fix something minor at no cost or try a quick fix at no cost to see if it would even fix the problem. I was happy I didn't spend the money at a different body shop for the same service only to find out it wouldn't fix the problem. Thank you Robert Wadsworth.

I am thankful that Lithia Ford collision truly stands behind their lifetime guarantee. I had some fender flares that were sprayed with Speedliner bed liner to match the color of the truck. For some odd reason, five years later they were sort of discoloring. I took it back and Bob immediately took care of it. Thank you Lithia Ford collision!

I was hit in a parking lot and had one side of my car (very important to me) damaged. Robert went out of his way not only to insure the damage was repaired, but then did additional custom work, removed some door dings, and painted the hood all out of goodwill to make sure the job came out immaculate. I will admit the headlights were poorly aligned and a bumper had a raised corner, but they were easy fixes. I was told not to go to a dealer for this work, but they came through.

Robert really went that extra mile to help me out. They installed my drop down power steps and a tonneau cover on my truck quickly and and for a total cost even less than they quoted me the first time. (By almost $500 less!!!) A year later I was having some small issues with the cover not locking in place and the steps not fully stowing away. He got me in immediately, fixed the problems as well as showing me how to prevent it from happening again. LASTLY, my trailer lights hitch was giving me problems with a "lamp fault" notification. A very fast blinking light on every trailer I hooked into. After some head scratching and some tracing down, problem found AND SOLVED that day. The service department was backed up for several weeks, so again, KUDOS and THANKS to Robert and his crew for immediate and great service!!

We had problem with the chrome on one of the running boards. Robert Wadsworth, Body Shop Director at Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls took it upon himself to contact Ford regarding this defect. Ford was unwilling to correct the problem. Therefore, Robert was able to correct the problem locally. We are so grateful that he was concerned that we were happy with our vehicle and the service he provided. We would gladly recommend his service to anyone needing any of the services that he provides. Damon Steele was fantastic! Somebody rear ended me at a stop sign. I drive an older car so I was concerned it was gonna be totaled. In todays car market I knew for sure the insurance wasn’t gonna give me enough to replace. Damon and the team at Lithia found a way to be cost effective so that insurance would just fix it. That was a major lifesaver! The paint match was also really good. I was surprised how well the paint turned out since the car is 17 years old. New paint and old paint matches well. Highly recommend them. Damon was above and beyond. He was understanding and communicative.
