Great customer service, and great tire service. I visited the store in my search for tire replacement for all four tires. They educated me on the tires and the ones which suited my needs. They were not pushy just informative. I decided to go with them and when I went in to change my tires they suggested an alignment and then run the total cost. The service was fast. They came back saying I didn't need an alignment and that was taken off the total bill. I was impressed with their honesty and service. I would have had no idea they didn't perform an alignment. It's the simple things that get me and I am definitely going back.

I went to Commercial Tire in Meridian/Linder last week before a work trip and was told everything was good to go. Now that I’m in Pocatello, I stopped by Commercial Tire here due to a flat on the way but found out my spare is bad too. I’m really glad I did. The Pocatello team took the time to re-check my truck and caught things that needed to be addressed and should have been addressed before I left town. They were honest, thorough, and explained exactly what needed to be replaced instead of just rushing me out the door. That kind of attention and care makes a huge difference, especially when you’re on the road for work. I really wish this level of quality and service was consistent everywhere. This week I had one of the most memorable experiences at this location. I went in after having weeks of Tire problems and Commercial tire was exceptionally quick, they went above and beyond For me and my little family and gifted us an alignment on my vehicle. Joe had exceptional customer service, And was very detailed about the problems on my vehicle. Dallin did an amazing job with my alignment as well as diagnosing my vehicle. I’ve had outstanding experiences at Commercial Tire in Idaho Falls on 17th Street. I first brought my car in for a transmission fluid flush, and Joe took excellent care of me. The pricing was excellent, and I didn’t have to wait forever, he got me in quickly and communicated everything clearly. I went back later to buy a new set of all weather tires, and again Joe went above and beyond. He gave me all the information I needed, was extremely helpful, and had me in and out right away. Again this is important! I feel like I’m stuck waiting for hours here like I have at other places. Commercial Tire has earned my trust. I definitely recommend them, and I’d give them more than five stars if I could.
