My wife set up an appointment for a heater core to be replaced on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. She was told it would take two days. Then she was called later that day and told they had started on the car, but would not finish until the next Monday because they were closed for a long weekend. They made zero mention of this planned long weekend when we made an appointment with them a week prior. So we made due with one vehicle for six days. This was quite an inconvenience since I work two fulltime jobs and am away from home most of the time. It was more so nerve racking since we have a six week old child and now my wife didn't have a vehicle for emergencies. My wife called Tuesday and it was confessed that they actually hadn't started on our car at all! They said they were starting on it that day and would only need it one more day. She called them the next day and was told they planned on having it done by the end of the day (Wednesday). Thursday arrived and I decided to take time out of my busy schedule and contact them myself and was also told they had started on it and will try they're best to get it done by the end of that day. As I got off work at 3pm that afternoon I called to check how the work was going. THEY HAD STILL NOT STARTED!!! They LIED to my wife three times about working on our car. They had our car for TEN DAYS and never touched it. They just lied to us the entire time. It was then we decided we were not going to do business with these skumbags. We went to pick up the car to find it parked like a drunk person had parked it. When I walked in there were three workers standing around shooting the breeze doing nothing. They didn't approach me when I walked in so I decide to grab my keys off the counter and leave. This is a TERRIBLE business. If they can't even tell you the truth about just starting work on your vehicle what else are they lying about. It was the worst interaction I've ever had with a mechanic shop, very unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I talked to a few different diesel shops about my 6.0 problem. Richard had by far the most information about it and did everything he could to help me with my troubles. He stayed in contact with me about my truck the whole time it was in the shop and kept me very well updated. He even came in a little under on the estimated price of service. Will definitely go back for any and all issues.

Richard is very friendly and a good mechanic... BUT twice now I've taken my vehicle to him only to let them sit for over a week, without them even being touched. Find another mechanic if you rely on your vehicles and need them back up and running soon. Richard has his hands more than full with other large contracts.

We had a check engine light on. We already got the codes but Richard's was short handed. Despite being busy, he was very pleasant and patient on the phone. He asked what were the codes and gave us some advice. He recommended to get gas pressure reading next and recommended a couple other mechanics to go to, which we did and found that we could still drive it home to Colorado without stalling. Truck broke down in roberts, after hours of course. It was freezing that night and sucked (story for another time). Gas station allowed me to leave it and I was grateful. Called around the next day and found Richard's diesel. I was highly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and compassion. He got the truck and fixed it and by next morning had it up and running. I felt horrible as he was slammed with repairs but he squeezed us in. I so appreciate the kindness and all his compassionate staff. They rocked and we got back to taking care of business thank you again for everything it's so appreciated.

I'm glad to have found this shop. They have worked on 2 autos for me and on one solved a problem that 2 other mechanics could not figure out. They listen to what you have to communicate and are good about communication as things go along regarding parts and such. You will need to make an appointment ahead and it's worth paying cash over card for 15% less.
