Sold me a voucher for oil changes and other services for 100 bucks and it had a expiration date. Service is very slow. Takes weeks to get in and half the day to do simple services.

Took my vehicle in a couple months back , due to not being able to get it started . After it being there they had told me I needed spark plugs and a new fuel pump , after telling them I needed to make two payments of 500$ all of a sudden then fuel pump didn't need fixed lol so after paying the amount I picked up my car and now my car is still misfiring after being charged for spark plugs , when me and my friend decided to look into it ourselves we found out the spark plugs were toasted , so you guys charged me for fixing spark plugs that you didn't even replace ?

Vegas does an excellent job at diagnosing the problem and finding the best way to fix it while keeping finances in mind. They are also very accurate on the length of time it will take to fix a vehicle. I was very well pleased with their service as my chevy truck had an issue that many other mechanics in the area could not diagnose and vega's got it right on the first try.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET... I had been proud to support this small, local business, but no more. My wife took my son's car in for an oil change and was told that his back brakes were completely shot, one rotor needing to be replaced, of course they are replaced in pairs. The total estimate was around $600 for this work, which is a reasonable price. However, as many of you know, brakes are designed to make noise at the end of life, so I took the car to Les Schwab for a second opinion. The techs there not only said the brakes were absolutely fine, but also gave me measurements and explanations. I understand that it's hard to run a small business these days, but stooping to unethical practices and taking advantage of women is a good way to get a review like this, NOT a good way to get ahead. Shame on you, Vega's.

I have had auto repair done in other places, but once I had work done at Vega's, I won't go anywhere else! They listen to my concerns and address them. They are honest, not charging me for things I don't need. Soon after my husband died, I needed a small repair done on my vehicle. I had little money and I feared the bill. They did NOT charge me!

At first appearance. They seemed really good and honest people. After getting my Son's Truck fixed and paying over 5k. My Son's Truck starting having issue's, I brought my concerns up to them and they said their was no warranty. Wish I would of known that because I would of took my business else where. I've had electrical issues with my vehicle for years. After multiple trips to the dealership and $1000's of dollars later to not fox the issue, I brought my vehicle here. They trouble shot it for a few weeks rather than just replacing the first thing and sending it back to me. They took the time to find the real issue and get it fixed.
