Mainly shop here on the weekends and normally this store is Great and does a superbomb job!!!! But lately when I go in on the weekends, like this past one there is one person working the counter.... Not sure if there are others but this Employee moves like the Sloths off Zootopia, only they don't have conversations with someone else on wireless ear buds. The person in front of me just wanted headlights and the guy, believe the employee's name is Barry or Garry, had to ask 2 or 3 times for the guys vehicle information... THE GUY HAD THE HEADLIGHT BULB IN HIS HAND!!!!! I admit I wasn't the kindest to this employee but he was super slow and took forever with every task. I've never seen a more braindead guy work at a front counter. I'm giving this review a 3 star rating since normally when I come in I'm helped and leave very satisfied!!!! But lately when this Employee is working, I want to tear my hair out and I hope he get better training or finds a job that he doesn't have to work with people

The crew at AutoZone on 17th have been great to work with over the last year or so. Today an employee (Gary) really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I usually bounce between the different parts places in town depending on availability, but these guys have definitely earned my loyalty! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and parts.

Initially I had really good service at this store and had made a lot of purchases and had gotten really good assistance until one day when my key was stuck in the pickup and I went in to get an ignition key lock switch as a replacement and I had called ahead to see if they had it in stock or if I needed to buy it online I was told by a young man that it was on the shelf in stock. When I arrived to pick up this part the gentleman waiting on me wanted to argue with me about my selection it was trying to tell me and tell me the wrong part even though I have 35 years of mechanical experience I know what it is that I need and I know what was on the picture did not match what I needed. So I have left the store and have gone to another AutoZone nearby and we'll do my business there. Do not respond I don't remember who it was I just remember his tattoo on his left arm and I don't care!

Gary C was super helpful when I needed to exchange for the correct part after a different person sold me the wrong part and I couldn't find the receipt. I was a little snappy because I was having a bad day, however, he was still super nice and even made a few jokes to put me at ease. It was a pleasant experience on a not so good day.

The people there are amazing, they help me a lot. I asked for a air filter the day before and I come back to ask for help because it wasn't the right size, the young man that help me was so kind and patient, he help me to know that there is a 2 air filter and the one that I needed was the air filter cabinet, which I didn't know about, so I am happy for this place. So if you don't know about cars and want help for someone patient and honest this is your place.

I was Greeted when I entered the store by a very professional employee named Sean I think.. he helped me find the toggle switches switches very quickly. I told him of some car problems that I had been having. Tested my battery and turns out I needed a new one desperately!! Walked out with toggle switches, battery installed and a happy customer that will continue coming to this store!

These guys will not honor the lifetime warranty. I'm one that keeps my receipts. I had a part from 13 years ago with a Lifetime warranty on it. It went bad. I still had the receipt. Took it in with the part. They would not honor it. Even though I still own the car. They told me that "after a while, the warranty is no good". So beware.

Don't know about the store, but the website is abysmal. Typed in "window tint film" and got ... some suggested links for random stuff, then clicked on one and got sprays, with "customers also bought" below that had films. Yes, customers also bought because that's the product they were looking for. Could not compare easily. Not gonna shop here.

I had issues with my tires and needed a tire iron. Went in with the specific size needed and they were very helpful to show me exactly where it was and answered any additional questions. I know sometimes in industries like this it’s easy for customers to feel looked down in for a lack of knowledge but these guys where genuine with me and wanted to help. I really appreciate it.

My wife paid almost $280 for brakes and rotors just use the brakes and they only gave her $60 back for the rotors because we didn't need them I'd say she got Jude pretty good

Horrible service!! Needed a simple blinker bulb changed, stop in there because they had no cars so I thought this should be fast. One of the managers who was tall with big guages in his ears told me he couldn't help. He was more interested in conversations with his employees. Needless to say I can tell why they had not one customer in the store. Went down the street to O'Reilly and had my blinker changed in minutes. I ended up spending $100 on other stuff I needed. That manager is doing Autozone a disfavor and doesn't deserve his title. Do better, that was plain out lazy!!
