Went in at a busy time so they were pretty booked in there stalls. Waited around 1 hour that was the main reason they got a 4 star rating. Everything else was great. Had a $26 coupon for my full synthetic oil change. That saved me quite a bunch.

Background: took my car in for a service before a wintertime road trip two months ago. Today (April 16th) I was planning to change my oil quickly and go about my day. What should have taken five minutes took 50! It took me that long to get the oil filter off of my poor car!!! I had to grab a channellock wrench to get it off. I will NEVER be subjecting my car to your abuse again. Update: I’ve had a chance to step back and breathe. I’ll give them two stars because everything other than the oil filter was done to my satisfaction two months ago, but please stop torquing the filters down so hard.

Quick turnaround and conscientious about the details. Replaced wiper blades. Let me know about low coolant level with no visible evidence of leaks. Changed the oil. All done in the time it took me to eat a small bag of popcorn!

Jiffy Lube is just like a place where you can get the same standard service that is consistent every single time. I bring my vehicle‘s here because they will do exactly what I ask them to with the products that I want them to do it with. I’m always greeted with a smiling face and someone willing to help. They have never done anything wrong and I’ve been very pleased with my services over the years. Whether you’re looking for Mobile 1 or Amsoil full synthetic, they have it all here. Any general maintenance to fluids in your vehicle is their specialty. Great people and great place! Also, it’s conveniently located next to Maverik Convenience store on Woodruff.

Wasn't going to post this but it needs to be known. Friendly service, but no attention to details. They stripped my tire valves! They messed up my rear windshield wiper hose! Leaked washer fluid all the way to Pocatello!! I only noticed when I stopped for gas. Plus the cover for my battery terminals was ripped. Don't go to this Jiffy Lube!

Came in for a oil change and fuel filter change, wasn’t worried about pricing, was told that changing the fuel filter would take some time because they had to pull the inner fender out of the truck to access it, (so they weren’t interested basically) but wanted to service the transmission i guess because they could access it easily, then when he billed me for my oil change and took me to the truck, I asked how the air filter looked and was told, “oh im sure it was fine, otherwise ben would have come told ya” I have been coming to this location for years with lots of different cars, and this is the first time im leaving thinking that maybe I won’t come back, and granted I can understand if they are super busy, but they weren’t, and isnt that your job anyway? World sure has changed

I’ve been going to another popular Oil Change business for the past 21 years. I noticed the service dropped off a bit so I stopped into Jiffy Lube on Woodruff Ave. in Idaho Falls, ID. After talking with the Manager there for a few minutes, I learned they use the same oil I’ve had in my truck since it was new and I decided to give them a try. I stopped in on Veteran’s Day and got a huge discount on some wonderful service!!!! Jiffy Lube is my NEW VEHICLE SERVICE CENTER!!!! I will be using the Jiffy Lube Service on Woodruff in Idaho Falls, ID and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY SERVICE CENTER FOR LUBE, OIL AND FILTER MAINTENANCE ON THEIR VEHICLES!!!! The ONLY exception would be if you have a newer vehicle warranty which requires you to take it to the Dealer for such maintenance!!!! Of course, I don’t believe I would personally ever choose such a warranty for my vehicle, but I am aware of people who have chosen such a warranty, but then, as soon as they are no longer bound by the warranty, they immediately stop going back to the dealer.

Great people and are fast to work with when you need them. The service they offer is good and well priced compared to the competition. 4 star only because the filters and extras they recommend cost quite a bit more than just getting them on your own at O'Reilly's. $10 for a cabin filter there and 35 for the one at lube.

Everyone was extremely nice! We loved the popcorn and soda in the waiting room. It was also super cute they had tiny dinosaurs hidden around the waiting room and told my daughter she could have one if she found it. She loved finding them and keeping her favorite one. The service was also performed very quickly which I appreciated. Every employee that interacted with us was so nice and polite! I don’t live in the area, but will come again out of our way because of the care we received!

Came in for an oil touchup they were happy to do so. They did remind me I haven’t been in for a while. I was happy I showed up and even touch my Windshield fluid check my air pressure in my tires. All is well. Headed on a trip out of town and I feel safe with Jiffy Lube got my back
