Women beware. Had a good family friend taken for a ride by Oswald’s. Was charged DOUBLE what even the dealership would have charged. Unfortunately I wasn’t consulted until after. $50-100 part depending on your accounts at the parts stores and an hour of book time. Walked out with a $600 bill. If she had denied service, $180 diag. Shame on you. This is what gives techs a bad name.

They were super nice, easy to schedule with, communication was great! I loved that they took pics of everything and sent me the report link via text so I could see it all and read the recommendations. I was also able to approve extra work through that too so it was really convenient. I felt like their pricing was also really good. They even dusted the dash and vacuumed! Anndddd they found the leak for my washer fluid that no one else has been able to find. I was super happy with everything. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, but they told me the pros and cons of doing or not doing things. Loved them!!

Well, as much as a bummer and headache it can be to have your truck stop working on ya, I'm glad my wife was able to find this company. We had a great experience working out the pricing and the details with Chris and the staff. I was so impressed on the communication and timing that it took for Oswald to fix my truck! most places will say they can fix it and then it takes weeks to even get it back.
