Figured out what was wrong on first visit, didn't pay until second visit once parts arrived and the work was done- also less than original estimate. The boys were fine and the atmosphere at the office was pleasant. Car seems better to me, pending some more driving. Recommended a body shop for the problems that couldn't be solved today. ๐

Extremely please with their service department. I worked with pedro to get my car done. They ended up going the extra mile. As they were doing the work, they ran into a couple of issues that i wasnt aware of, caused by a previous mechanic. Instead of charging me extra for the stuff, they covered the cost of a couple minor new parts and the extra few hours of labor. They were extremely communicative about the whole thing and even sent me with a nice loaner car for a couple days while mine was getting worked on. The only place I will go from now for my 2010 subaru. Great pricing as well and very competitive on parts pricing.

6 months ago I paid Wackerli to service my daughterโs 13 xv crosstrek cvt transmission. 3 weeks ago the dash lit up like a Xmas tree. Suspicious of the timing, I opened everything up and imagine my surprise to find the blackest cvt fluid Iโve seen with debris floating in it and the filter so full that the transmission couldnโt pump enough fluid thru fast enough to keep it cool. Also is the first Iโve seen that the oem gasket looks a lot like a tube of Permatex Ultra-red. Not sure why because it looks like this is the first time the filter or fluid has been changed in +50k miles. All seems very suspicious but I for one will never trust them again for so much as an oil change. This is normally a sealed transmission so usually it would be difficult to check their honesty but evidence speaks loudly.

I highly recommend Subaru, and Wackerli Subaru. My husband and I purchased our Subaru in Nevada before moving here and was nervous about visiting a new dealer for our service needs. So far we have had three services done at Wackerli, and have been overly satisfied each time. Most recently, we had a scheduled service to fix a rubber gasket around our windshield. When we set the appointment there was some misinformation or miscommunication, and we were told it would be covered under our warranty after meeting our deductible of $100. We went ahead and set the appointment. After it was done and we returned to pick up our vehicle, we were informed about the misinformation and instead of charging us the total cost or even the $100 deductible we had originally been planning on completely, they covered it 100%! You just donโt see this great of customer service anymore. Weโre so thankful to have an amazing dealer for our current service needs and possible purchases in the future. Thank you Wackerli!

Subaruโs service has been excellent throughout the years. I have been their customer since 2016 for my Outback, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. Their new building is impressive, with great amenities and a warm, comfortable interior. The express service is efficient, and the waiting area is cozy, with a nice snack bar and space to get some work done. They even included a kidsโ corner, which is a thoughtful touch for families.
