Started out a bit patchy, with the transition of the new dealership. Old employees left and we weren't aware of what happened with our Bentayga order. But then we met Jeremiah, who was an exceptional help, he went above and beyond to make sure we received our car on the new date promised. Jeremiah kept us informed during the whole delivery and check in process. I have been a customer here since 2019. Their service has gone from good to really fantastic. So much so that I actually enjoy taking my car in for a tire change or other service. The people are helpful, professional, competent, friendly, and on your side. Their new location and service center is fantastic. They have also been really good with making sure warranty work is done under warranty, and are very fair in terms of pricing their services for such valuable vehicles.

I took my 2013 Lamborghini LP 560-4 here after owning it a year for its 10,000 mile service. Chris that worked at the front was super helpful and a pleasure to chat with. He was very helpful explaining what items I'd need, and was receptive when I wanted to get the K&N air filters I had installed instead of the factory ones. He also called and okayed the change in price of the spark plugs as they got more expensive. The car came back clean and everything in place. I have no complaints about the service. Note: The service center is not exactly with the showroom, it is currently on the other side of Park Place LTD. Eventually they will both move on the other side of 136 together (in the old BMW dealership).

Was time to get my bentley continental flying spur serviced at this place. 2 times I was asking important questions I feel. Asking about the lifts and how tall they are that the car drives up. 2 times 2 different people at first emailed back and forth just stopped replying. I had to email asking if I needed to talk to someone in charge. My car has performance mods added and it's been lowered. I didn't want damage or anything to happen to my car so I wanted to inform them on everything that has been done to it. Once they have my car they do great work and always respectful in person but the customer service needs work on the emailing and getting back to customers. I have been goin here since i bought my bentley. The car has always been serviced here since new. They did a great job on the 10-year service I had done. Also washing cars and detailing job needs improvement. There was fingertips on the sunroof glass on the inside. There was dry soap or something they use to clean or coat the car on driver side back door. Easily rub off with microfiber rag. I own the bentley 4door. Absolutely beautiful cars in showroom.
