I don’t even know where to begin. Working with Nielson has been the greatest experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Nielson went out of his way to keep me updated on my vehicle, following up with me during the process which let me tell you, was a fast, and quick repair. He would send me videos and pictures of the car when they took it apart and all of the components getting replaced and also call me to keep me updated on the ETA. I am very happy with my experience with Nielson, he is a very honest man and when we had a slight misunderstanding he owned up to it which showed me this is a guy I want to work with going forward with my repairs. Nielson and his team stayed after hours for me and both him and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re thinking of fixing your car and you’re shopping around don’t look any further and give Nielson a call.

Went in for a estimate for damage on my fender. They were able to see me the same day I called. Other businesses said they can see me in a month, and would be able to repair a month later. They told me I can get it fixed this week. They took the time to explain my options and gave me choices on my repair. Over all great service.

I called them and explained this was my only vehicle for work, they got the job DONE! And let me tell you my car looks amazing. Smoothest process. They came and picked my car up and got it done. Hasel is very professional, efficient and offers reasonable prices. I had my car smashed a few days ago and randomly searched for this store on Google Maps. Excellent honest work. It's hard to find an honest and skilled mechanic shop these days and I'm glad I found Nielson Auto. Hasel was really helpful and honest about the body work I needed and as a bonus he even delivered my van to my door after the work was completed. His people are highly skilled and they can repair anything. Other shops simply replace items that cost an arm and a leg. Nielson Auto have highly skilled people who repair the body work by doing the hard work and not overcharging.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Nielson Auto Repair. We have a very well-loved 2010 sedan that was way past due on some repairs (brakes, CV joint, among other things) after moving to the area and not knowing who we could trust. We took the car to another well-rated mechanic shop (NEARBY) and received a massive quote for things we needed and things we didn't. I knew the car needed work, but also it's almost at 200k miles. We want to be safe, but we also are not trying to get another 10yrs out of it. We came to Nielson for a second opinion and am SO GLAD we did. They got us in the next day because of our urgent brake situation and gave us honest advice on what work was needed and gave us a quote that was more than half the cost of the competitors quote. The staff were very kind and communicative and answered all my vehicle related questions! I will be back for here for all my routine services and other future repairs! Thanks Nielson Auto Repair!!

The car was not ready on time which in a normal shop I would have to come back another day, Hasel personally delivered the car the following day! STOP....shopping around for what you might imagine is a better place to trust to work on your investment, your necessary and trusted mode of transportation. If it's not as "trusty" as you'd like, Hasel and crew will make it that way. I was fortunate to have met Hasel and the rest of his team recently. My oldest is new to the area. I flew in to spend the holidays with her in this special place. When I was picked up at the airport I heard an exhaust leak and felt the car shimmy as we got on the highway. Being a dad I went straight into fix-it mode, it's what we do. No way i was going to leave town without first sorting this out. But where to go was a major decision. I read review after review and kept coming back to Nielson Auto Repair. I almost couldn't believe what some were saying. To the point of thinking, what are these customers all relatives or something? But I thought I'd give Nielson's a shot. What I experienced in dealing with Hasel was comforting on a deep level, a level only a father or parent can really understand. I can go home knowing that if there's ever an issue with my daughter's car that Hasel will care for it and her as if it was his family member in need. That's the feeling I had within the first few minutes of meeting them. Hasel not only fixed the issue, but found a few other items of concern. Ok, sure that's a mechanic and shop mangers job. But what isn't is spending time and effort "exhausting" every possible solution to save money and do the job right. Not having tools or time I was really at their mercy. I went in looking for a fight and walked out feeling like family. Having car troubles that stress you out? Nielson's will help with both of those issues.
