Dear Mercedes-Benz Service Team, I would like to share my recent service experience at your dealership. The staff member who received me — the young gentleman carrying a small Mercedes-Benz shoulder bag — appeared indifferent and unwelcoming. He was the same person who assisted me both on the first day of reception and the following day when I came to pick up the vehicle. In addition, I sent several text messages and left a few voice messages for the service manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive any reply — neither during working hours nor after hours. In summary, while your service system is highly professional and well-structured, the human aspect of your service feels mechanical and emotionless. Your staff members behave like machines rather than people who genuinely care about customers. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously and for your attention to improving customer experience. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Justin and Pedro. They were both highly professional, courteous, and never resorted to aggressive sales tactics, which was greatly appreciated. It is worth mentioning that the dealership can get quite busy on weekends, and there may be instances where a salesperson is unavailable to immediately assist you. However, they have a system in place where you can leave your contact number, and they will promptly return your call as soon as they are available to discuss or arrange a viewing of the desired car. Overall, the car buying process at this dealership was refreshingly simple and hassle-free. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend this place. The professionalism of the staff, combined with the smooth experience, makes it an ideal choice for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. We recently brought our vehicle in for service and wanted to share our experience. On the positive side, scheduling the appointment was quick and seamless. We arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and were pleased to find the staff already present and ready to assist. The representative greeted us and checked us in efficiently, which helped start the day on a good note. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated receiving a notification letting me know the car was ready for pickup. However, there were several aspects of the visit that left us disappointed. The representative was unaware of the promotions currently offered by the dealership, which my wife had seen online prior to our visit. When she mentioned one of the promotions, it was dismissed without any effort to verify or look it up. This lack of initiative was frustrating—especially considering the promotion was clearly listed on the dealership’s website. Additionally, we were informed that if we opted for the oil change only, the service reminder would not be reset. It’s disappointing that such a basic reset isn’t included with an oil change service, particularly at a premium dealership. When it came time to finalize the bill, the promotion my wife had mentioned was still not applied. Fortunately, she was prepared and located it online herself, then presented it to the representative in order for it to be honored. This could have easily been resolved had the representative taken a moment to search for it when my wife first brought it up. Overall, while we appreciated the smooth scheduling, early staff availability, and timely service completion, we hope the dealership takes steps to ensure representatives are better informed about current offers and empowered to assist customers proactively. A more attentive and customer-focused approach would go a long way in enhancing the overall service experience.

Our vehicle stalled on the side of the road in a heavy rainstorm with my wife and two young daughters inside and all electrical function gone (no hazard lights). My wife called MB Bellevue and spoke with Piper. Within 10 minutes, a driver from MB arrived on scene. He waited with my family for AAA to arrive, then transported my wife, children, and kid’s car seats to the dealership in his vehicle safely while AAA towed the car. When they arrived, Piper (tech advisor) got the details on the car while helping to calm my wife after a pretty stressful ordeal, and even took the children to her office to play while things were getting organized for the loaner vehicle. MB Bellevue diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part and repaired the problem. Took a couple days to get the part delivered and installed. Piper remained really engaged, with excellent communication, throughout the whole process. I am very grateful to this dealership for the good work they did on our car but much more so for the kindness and humanity they showed to my wife and children. Definitely earned a loyal customer.

Henry Lau is a very nice and patient young salesman, who helped us to try 3 cars today. From the beginning to the end -Henry carefully introduced the internal functions of the car, and the history of the car, explained many details in the process, like who is the previous owner and maintenance history. . etc. We bought a 2022 GLE with extended warranty, although we missed the first choice but this car surprised us even better. We have a great experience and very satisfy his service and sincerely recommend Henry Liu, who deserves 5 stars.

After visiting Mercedes-Benz of Seattle four times for a water leak that was never resolved, I ultimately took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, where the issue was identified and fixed on the first attempt. By that time, my vehicle was slightly out of warranty due to the weeks lost working with Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. Despite this, Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue extended a “goodwill” warranty, even though they were under no obligation to do so. I truly appreciated this gesture and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the process. Going forward, I will be working exclusively with Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, as the experience was significantly better. I also had the opportunity to work with Chad, and it was a great experience. He was extremely attentive to the details I provided and maintained excellent communication throughout, which made a meaningful difference.

I’m writing this review to thank Scott Soden at the service department ,when I was on my way to Bellevue club today. I have noticed that one of my tire is low on air so I turned around pulled in to Mercedes-Benz Bellevue , after I talked with Scott when I arrived , I have expressed to him. I need to be at my daughter school at 2 PM to pick her up. Scott make everything goes so smooth and got me a loner and apologized to me that he did not have time to wash it but it’s better to hand me that car then be late to pick up my daughter. three hours later. Scott text me to tell me my car is finished. I cannot thank him enough. He made my life so easy , that’s why I only have Scott to work on my cars , nobody else , he only wants the best for his customers. He is the most professional service advisor and he is the best service advisor at Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue. Mercedes-Benz Bellevue is very lucky to have someone like Scott!

I initially felt disappointed with my first service visit because the pricing and options were not clearly explained. However, the dealership listened to my concerns, refunded the charges, and followed up with the level of excellent service I would expect from Mercedes-Benz. I truly appreciate how they resolved the issue and restored my confidence in the brand. “During my first maintenance, the service advisor only gave me a paper with three package prices. I chose the lowest one—over $1,000—but no one explained that I could select individual services. My friend and other dealerships offered simple, affordable first services. I expected more transparency and fairness from Mercedes-Benz.”

I have been shopping for a vehicle for about a year. I contacted the team at mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. Joni got back to me and told me to come in and take a look at what she had. She asked me what my budget was and immediately found two vehicles that they had in stock that met my budget. It was a used vehicle that was really nice. The a few things that I wanted them to take care of before I purchased it and they agreed. The rest of the team, completing the sale assisted me with everything that I needed. The general manager followed up to make sure that everybody. To make sure that everything went smooth as silk. There were a couple of other items that I requested, and they were able to introduce me to the service team, which was absolutely amazing. After the sale, I contacted Joni to help me with an extra part. She turned me over to the parts manager, and they helped me within a few minutes. I had a quote. For the parts I requested. The whole team is outstanding here!

I bought a 2022 GLE 350 from MB of Bellevue and am happy with the entire process. Johnny the salesman was friendly and helpful and had the car ready to test drive. He also helped me get a good price for my trade in. There was a small dent on the passenger door that I noticed during the walkaround before purchase and his manager gave me a "we owe you" for them to pay for it to be fixed by a 3rd party. The day after purchase I was contacted by the service dept and set up an appt that week. The was dent was fixed pretty well and is no longer noticeable. The finance process of the purchase was also smooth and did not take long. Isiah worked with me to finance through my credit union and also to find a maintenance plan that fit my needs and price point. All together I have had a very good experience with dealership.

I recently had my A1 service done at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, and Jesus Guerrero made the entire experience outstanding. What really impressed me was how realistic and fair he was when setting expectations: no overselling, no surprises, just honest communication about what needed to be done and when I'd have my car back. He was proactive not just with updates during the service, but also in pointing out what needs attention now and what to keep an eye on for the future. Jesus is genuinely customer-centric in the best way possible. He took time to answer my questions, made sure I understood the service being performed, and was incredibly supportive throughout. You can tell he actually cares about taking good care of both the vehicle and the customer. It's refreshing to work with someone who's this attentive and professional. I'll definitely be asking for Jesus for all my future service appointments.

My service experience with MB has always been excellent. This includes vehicles under a new car / CPO warranty and other Mercedes not under warranty. My service advisor Chad is responsive and always thorough in understanding my car’s needs/issue. When necessary he connects me directly with the technician to discuss the repair. I have found my service advisor consistently advocating for me - the customer - as it relates to warranty repair approvals. The rest of the support staff in the service bay are friendly and fun to work with as well. My experience here is a lot better than the other German brand on the same block. More transactional there - seems like more of a customer relationship focus at MB Bellevue.
