My jeep got crunched and these guys fixed it up as good as new! Roeuth searched all over until he found a replacement bumper that was perfect, and that's no small job for a 18 year old car. Long wait to get it into the shop but they were super fast with the turnaround. I'm really pleased with the work, and even more impressed with the excellent communication and great customer service. The jeep looks better than it has in years. Thank you!!

The passenger’s rear door was damaged. They replaced and even fix the rear tire. Washed my car afterwards. My car looks like the day I got it from dealership. Although, it took over 3 weeks they were thorough! They communicated with me every step of the way with my repair. Thank yall so much for the great job and service.

I left my car at the shop right before I had to leave for vacation. The shop kept my car safe while I was still away and wasn’t able to pick it up. FREE of charge! Great great customer service! Got side swiped on my entire driver’s side and was extremely anxious and stressed about the whole process to get it fixed. I called everywhere in the area and everyone was about 2 months booked out. Factory Finish reached out to me to let me know there was a last minute cancellation and I was able to get my car in a month earlier than planned. Roeuth was very patient and kept me updated throughout when my car was being repaired. Got my truck back today and they did such a great job at fixing it as well as cleaning it. I had a great experience with these folks, from the first phone call to the time I picked up the car. Very good body work, excellent job with paint, and they even did a full interior detail and wash, which had nothing to do with the repairs! Brought my Nissan 350z for damage on the driver side quarter panel. At first it was a good experience having gotten checked in by Mick really quick and getting setup with my car rental. Upon picking up my car the damage was fixed but here are some things I noticed: 1.) There was still a very very slight curve where the dent was. I thought it was just the cars curves but I checked the other side it was not like that. Still better than dented. 2.) Another thing I noticed was that there were scratches in my interior that were not there before I dropped off my car. One on the bottom of my steering wheel and the other next to my side view mirror. 3.) Small glue spot that had hardened on my new carpet on the passenger side. 4.) My interior was full of dust and my driver side carpet was completely gray and dusty upon pickup. They put a paper carpet cover but only after they got my carpet dirty. My shift boot was also very dusty as well as my touchscreen headunit. They were able to wash the car but the interior was neglected. And I know they aren’t a detailing company, but leaving it the way it was found should be common practice. 5.) The marker they used on the exterior was not removed all the way. 6.) Mick did not keep me updated on the work happening. Just received a call saying the car was ready. 7.) Lastly, the biggest thing for me was that my driver side door was making a popping sound that did not do that before. My door handle was going out and was needing replacement, but the door started popping as if it was not aligned properly or something. I also just replaced my door handle and when I took off my door handle, the lock where the key is inserted, was not bolted down to the handle itself like the old handle was when I’ve replaced the handle before. Brought the car back to Mick but he was reluctant to fix it saying that it might be the window motor even thought the pop is felt on the door handle itself. Still not fixed. Overall started off good but ended up bad. Videos and photos posted.

Overall I give this auto shop a 10/10! They were all very helpful, polite, timely, and did an amazing job on repairing my bumper damage. Someone rear ended me and it scratched my bumper, damaged parts underneath the car, and the actual bumper itself. It took them less than a week to get the parts, repair the damage and repaint the bumper. Mick was also super helpful and he texted me updates about the process multiple times!

Had work down after front end collision. One day after receiving vehicle back my heat wasn’t working and they did fix it citing air pockets from having to drop my engine. Less than 30 days later I’m having Evap/fuel line issues from engine being dropped and they are refusing to fix.

Got in an accident a couple months ago. They did a great job fixing the intital damage in a timely manner. After I got the car back, error codes appeared for faulty airbags near the area where the damage had been repaired. Rob was super helpful and got my car back in and repaired quickly. Next time I need body work done, I know where I'm going. Rob!

Just a really great group of people, super caring and efficient with the work. I needed a dent/scrape fix on my rear quarter and they did an exemplary job. Initially, I was very disappointed after picking up my car because I started having a tire pressure issue shortly after the repairs were marked as completed. Since I had specifically asked about the wheels and tires after the accident, this was especially frustrating. However, after I left my review, the shop reached out to me and took responsibility by rechecking the issue and ultimately resolving it. They followed up, addressed the problem properly, and made sure everything was taken care of. While the initial experience and communication could have been better, I do appreciate that they did not ignore the issue and worked to fix it. The problem has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect that.

Our car was nearly a total loss but the insurance company decided to repair it. I wasn't sure if it could be saved but Classic Collision made our car look better than the day we purchased it. It runs perfectly, everything works and I can't find a flaw in the body work. The communications, customer service and quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I have had two of my vehicles repaired here and both times I have been disappointed. Don’t pay them until everything is 100% right or they will blow you off. Most recently, they had an issue getting a part (piece of trim) from Hyundai. They told me they tried ordering it several times and each time, there had been a defect with the part. In order to not prolong the repair, they attached one of the semi defective parts to the car and let me take it home while they waited for Hyundai to send them one that wasn’t damaged and then I could come back and they would swap out the part in about 20 min while I wait. It’s been over a month and a half and no one has reached out to me despite me calling and leaving messages. I am now getting my insurance company involved again. When I came into to pick up the car, I also noticed some white paint drops on my black trim and they had trouble removing it and smeared it into the trim even more. They told me they would take care of it when the part came in and I brought it back, but here we are 1.5 months later and I still have the smear on my car. The previous time I had my car serviced there, after completing the repair, a customer of theirs opened their car door into mine which was freshly painted. They needed to repaint the door that was affected and keep the car for another few days. They promised that they would take care of everything including the rental car which insurance would no longer pay for since they had already reported the car as fixed. But again, they fell short, refused to return my calls and I was left with a $170 rental car bill that they still haven’t paid.
