I was told I needed several items like a tire rotation, even though I had received one in my last visit. You do not need a tire rotation every visit. I asked to see the condition of my air filters before I agreed that they needed to be changed. I had to chase down the service representative after waiting 90 minutes to find out the results of my inspection when they told me that my car would be completely ready by within 90 minutes. They told me they couldn’t remove the filters, but recorded the technician saying they needed to be changed. I was given a price to replace a battery that was double the cost of other repair shops in the area. The only reason I gave it two stars is because another service representative was super helpful checking me out because I couldn’t hunt down my representative even though my car was sitting there ready for who knows how long.

Darren and Bob there are really friendly and helpful through the whole process. Some parts do feel a little bit pushy but that’s the nature of their roles, so I completely understand it. One suggestion is that I would prefer do the test drive before negotiations, instead of vice versa. Overall we’re very happy with the service and the car. Thanks again Darren and Bob for helping us make the right decision. The used car we got was also in very decent condition. Nice people, nice environment, and nice cars. Would recommend it.

“This dealership is a scam. I came in to replace the ABS actuator. They told me that once it was replaced, the odometer would work again. After I paid and picked up the car, nothing was fixed. They apologized and asked me to leave the car, then texted me saying the new part was defective and that I needed to wait while they ordered another one. I stayed polite and waited. After more than a month, they claimed they installed a replacement part, but the odometer still doesn’t work. Now they’re asking me to pay extra for diagnosis—even though they originally said replacing the actuator would solve the issue. I asked for my old part back and a refund, and they refused. They keep making excuses to avoid refunding customers despite not completing the agreed work. Why should anyone pay for a job that wasn’t done? On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They even texted me in a challenging, dismissive tone—basically saying “do whatever you want” because I can’t do anything to them. This is the first dealership I’ve ever seen where everyone, from the manager to the support staff, talks to customers like that. Advice to others: don’t pay until you verify the job is actually completed. Once they have your money, don’t expect a refund—even if they didn’t fix the problem. I will continue reporting this to the state for fraudulent business practices.

The previous service reps who have assisted me since I purchased my car have been helpful & engaging. Unfortunately, neither one of them are with Infiniti Bellevue any longer & as a result, dealt with a new service rep. Unfortunately the experience was underwhelming & the warmth from the interaction was lacking. Perhaps the previous reps showed that they were there to assist whereas I felt this one did the minimum & made me to feel like I was an inconvenience. The cockiness in his tone when he “matter of factly” let me know that you charge $25 for a loaner was so apparent, but did just enough to not be called out on it at that moment. If I brought my car in for oil service & ended up opting to have you repair brakes that was called out on my inspection report, why would you charge $25 for a loaner? The nickel & diming is obvious & for Infiniti, I expected better service. If I come back, Please do not set me up with the last service person assigned to me. I need to be paired with someone who loves dealing with people & has a welcoming personality.

I will start off by saying I dislike leaving bad reviews but with that being said here we go. Bought a used car from the Infiniti of Bellevue store and surprisingly the sale was super smooth and fast honestly great no complaints at all. But let’s go to my first oil change service they gave me which wasn’t horrible except a huge greasy pot print on my beige floor mat. Ok I can look the other way and let that slide. Second visit they tried to upsell me on 1000s worth of work and I’m face looking through the previous owners history a lot of it was altar completed within the last 15k miles. Then I leave and get home. Come out to my car the next morning and my driveway looks like a rainbow oil slick. I borrow some car ramps to climb under there from my neighbor and come to find out the oil drain plug was about 2 threads from falling out and I had lost two quarts or oil along with my whole car covered in oil underneath. Dealer never offered to come get my car so they can clean it and make it rite but they did say I can bring it in so they can look at it again. Had to buy two quarts of oil to top it off. Clean my driveway and spend 20 at the car wash to clean the underneath of my car the best I could. Driving back out to the dealer during traffic hours wild be an hour each way. I will never let them touch my car ever again. I’m sure some of techs are good but the crappy ones have no business being at dealers.
