The best experience ever. My 10yr old Honda had some weird sound while driving, I walked in the shop and made an appointment within 10 minutes. 4 days later, I dropped off my car, and they helped figure out the problems within 2 hours, also suggested fix some other problems later. This is a team of honest and professional auto experts you can truly trust! We had an unexpected flat tire the night before our trip to another state. We left our car at Factoria Midas and flew out for our trip with mixed feelings, worried about our car. It turns out the Midas team took care of everything seamlessly—fixing our flat tire promptly and keeping us posted via text message regularly, and last but not the least, at a reasonable cost. My parents have taken their cars here for years. Usually never had any issues. My car had gone into limp mode and I took it to Midas. One of my catalytic converters went out, got my car back within two days my other one went out. My car was making a loud noise got it back a week later. In addition to that, when I got my car back it was out of coolant. A week and a half goes by my battery light comes on. I took it to a different mechanic because Midas always takes a long time on my car and having it break down a day after having it back made me lose trust. Turns out my alternator was broken; none of the internals were able to spin. This was something that the new mechanic said any mechanic should have checked in a quality control. I also got my battery changed because it was completely eroded which they also never bothered to inform me about. Two months ago we also took my car here as it was having issues like the catalytic converter was going out, as I had a check engine light on. They were unable to figure it out after having most of the day. Unfortunately their manager is out, and they don’t know what to do without them. Trust is lost at this location amongst several attempts for them to fix my car. I hope others take this review under advisory.

I rolled a tire into Midas that was losing air fast, thinking it might have wheel or tire damage. I was already prepared to replace the tire (about $400 + labor) or even both the wheel and tire if needed. Joel checked it right away and found it was just some dirt and grass stuck between the tire and rim. He cleaned it up on the spot, fixed the issue, and didn’t even charge me. Honest, quick, and friendly service - Joel was awesome!

I had front brake pads and rotors replaced. They used factory parts and it was much less than what was quoted at the dealer ($735 vs. $1200). Also, their original quote was $803, I only paid $735 due to parts costing less than their estimate. Very honest. Seriously, who does that? Also asked them about plugs and transmission, they gave me quotes but said neither are due for another 10K miles. Again, they were being very honest and not charging me for something not needed right now. Very pleased and I will be back.

Came in for a slow tire leak which is ongoing. Got a report regarding engine bay items. Found the next day that they didn't bother closing and securing the air filter cover. I wish they spent the time inspecting the tire I asked them to rather than the engine bay which they had no reason to open. Watch yourself.
