Very good costumer service. Aaron was absolutely brilliant on handling the whole process. At the end we found that the truck was a bit windy on higher speed and he took it right back to adjust the door. He kept me in informed everyday about how the process was going. The paint job was perfect too!

Following an impact by another car when parked, I chose Gerber because I had had work done there previously. There was a slight wait to get an estimate and then get the work done, but that is to be expected when superior work is performed. The actual work was completed in less time than I had been told, a very pleasant surprise, especially when I picked up my car all freshly washed and sparkling. A first class job. I can honestly say I thoroughly recommend Gerber and any similar work I have in the future will end up there.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gerber collision in Bellevue . They kept our car for over a month with minimal communication, which was incredibly frustrating. When they finally informed me that our car was ready, I was relieved, but that relief quickly turned to frustration. It turned out that they had only fixed a portion of the issues. I had expected a fully repaired vehicle after such a long wait, but instead, I now have to make additional arrangements to get the remaining problems fixed. This experience was horrible and cost us a lot more money. I hope they improve their communication and service in the future, but based on my experience, stay away from them. They told us that they work for insurance company.

Leaving a review almost a year later because of a terrible experience I just had a Caliber Collision today. Last year, I had my vehicle serviced out through my insurance. Gerber not only honored my appointment time, but had my rental car ready for when I arrived. The estimate/walkaround took 2 minutes, and I was out in 5. The work was seamless and customer service was great. Would 10/10 recommend Gerber over any other body shop.

We had a horrible experience with this shop. After we got the initial assessment for the repairs needed on our vehicle, we asked for clarification on some items just to make sure the right parts were going to be ordered. We didn't hear back from the technician, Nick, for over 2 weeks (after sending follow-up e-mails with no response). When we finally got a hold of a different technician, we were told that part of the repairs needed weren't included in the insurance claim, and therefore, they couldn't work on it. We contacted our insurance and asked for clarification. The insurance, in fact, confirmed that they had included all of the repairs needed including what Gerber said wasn't included in the claim. We took our car to start the repairs and we were promised by Nick that he would send us a text message the day after to give us an ETA on how long the repairs were going to take (we were renting a car out of pocket, so we needed to know what to expect). We didn't hear back from Nick at all. We called 4 days after dropping off the car to inquire what was going on and he gaslit us telling us that he had in fact sent us a text the day after with the ETA (they had to order extra parts that were going to take 10 business days to arrive. The quote went from the initial $2.6K to now an outrageous $8.9K). This was a lie; we never received a text message from him. We engaged in a back and forth with Nick only to be verbally assaulted by him, have him pull the phone from the front desk lady to scream at us that he was going to get our vehicle towed to us. At that point, we disangaged with them completely and contacted our insurance. The insurance confirmed that they were going to be towing our car to our house the same day. We didn't get our car that day, on a Friday, making us wait until Monday to get our car back, having to pay extra days of a rental car just because Gerber didn't follow up on their word. When we went to get our car on Monday, they had parked it outside (as we asked them to) but hadn't left the key inside, forcing us to face them once again. At that time, they assured me that the key was in the front seat (which it wasn't). The front lady engaged in a phone conversation with someone in the shop and then told me that the key was in fact in the front seat. As I walked off the office, I see someone walking away from the vehicle and when I get there, the key was now in the front seat. They like playing mind games, gaslit and cause conflict. I had never experienced this awful customer service in any company. I will never go back to any of their locations and I will encourage anyone that is considering them, to look for other options.

I am not their new customer, and that itself is a testimony to their service and work. I just drop my vehicle off, and I don't have to worry about anything. They will not cut corners, replace part with origin OEM parts. Keep you updated and I have always been able to pickup my vehicles before the promised time line. They have coffee too in their office.

After the third chance they had. Paint still has bumps in paint. They put 4 miles on my truck. They left dust all over and armor all all over rims. They scratched my Window. The rear door doesnt shut or align properly. They left marks on my interior as well as dust all over interior. All this even after 3 trys and being contacted by my insurance QC guy.

Had an estimate for $865 to fix some scratches on the tailgate. We scheduled to work to be done Wed - Friday, delivered the car early Wed morning. We didn't receive the car until the following Friday morning (1 week late) and a bill for nearly $1200. Having no prior call or approval to allow for increase. After push back, we agreed to $990 as the law requires prior approval if total charge exceeds estimate by 110%. As it goes, we'll never be back.

I definitely wouldn't fill up my car with them again. Twroco, my insurance company has sent me to them twice, and both times they've done a terrible job. They left me with a rim the wrong color, but according to them, it's the right one. They didn't match the paint on my car, and you could see where it was painted. So definitely no.

**UPDATE** The new manager of the Gerber Bellevue location called and talked with me about this experience. He seemed genuine when apologizing and offered to have my vehicle detailed for free to take care of the sanding dust on the interior. He made it clear he was not trying to "buy my review" and never once asked me to revise this review... even a week or so after making the offer and the detail being done. I appreciate that. It was detailed and it's now super clean inside. Thank you for making this right Gerber of Bellevue. My 2 stars is now 4 because while my experience could have been better, they did make it right in the end and I sincerely appreciate how they cared enough to follow-up. **END OF UPDATE** Surprisingly unprofessional. I'm sorry to report my recent repair at the Gerber Collision & Glass Bellevue location fell short almost every step of the way. My service rep (Chris) was the only part of the experience I wouldn't rate as 'Poor'. Chris was just fine in working to schedule the appointment, providing updates as the work was being done, and following through on some issues I had with the repair- 3 stars for Chris. Initial Inspection & Scheduling: This was fine. Chris was able to answer questions I had about my options, how the work would be done, and how long it would take. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 dents we talked about fixing was never touched during the repair process (see 'Repair Process' below). Repair Process: This didn't go well. They didn't mask off the rest of my vehicle when they did the work so I ended up with a thick layer of very fine sanding dust EVERYWHERE inside! They broke a plastic interior bolt cover when they removed it (or tried to snap it back into place), and didn't say anything about it. They didn't reinstall two large plastic interior pieces and just left them in my trunk. (I had no idea what they were or where they were supposed to go- a mystery!) They didn't address 1 of the 3 dents that was supposed to be repaired. They painted over a large piece of lint and left it stuck in the paint. Upon pickup, I noticed the lint and the missed dent and asked Chris about it. To his credit, he apologized for missing these and said he would make it a priority to address them. Resolution: Chris arranged to have a paintless dent repair done by Dent Solutions (on Northup Way in Bellevue). These guys were awesome! Two hours after dropping my vehicle off, they called to tell me it had been repaired and I could pick it up! I'm....well, let's just say I'm "detail oriented" and I could not detect ANY evidence of the prior dent- even when looking at it from 30 different angles, with light reflecting off of it, running my hand along the area, etc...great job Dent Solutions! Gerber was able to remove and buff out the area with the lint and that came out nicely as well. Chris with Gerber also ordered a new interior piece to replace the one they broke, and installed the two "mystery" pieces that had been left in the trunk after the initial repair. He attempted to clean up the dust that had coated everything, but this would've required an hour or two (as opposed to the 20 minutes spent on it). It's ok, I'm capable of dusting and will find the time to do it at some point. In the end, I'm satisfied with the results. I just didn't expect working with a professional repair company recommended by my insurance company would be like paying the high schooler down the street to do the repair- no offense to high schoolers everywhere! =). Sorry Gerber, I just can't imagine using you again despite Chris's efforts to make things right.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Bellevue, WA. They did a great job repairing my Jeep (which my daughter damaged by sideswiping a concrete pillar in a parking garage). And Jose Aguilar was awesome. He was kind and efficient and he went above and beyond. He cleaned the entire inside of my car, which gets filled with tree debris because we live in a heavily wooded area. It smells like it went to the detailers!

Wasn't able to get my survey link, but they did a good job fixing my RAV4. Also gave my floor and exterior a nice vacuuming and wash which was unexpected. Wasn't sure what to expect after being disappointed at other shops in the past, but these guys seem pretty good.
