I visited BMW of Bellevue yesterday regarding a small issue with my account. My initial experience was honestly disappointing. The first service representative I approached (I believe his name was Saif) was sitting at his desk scrolling through Instagram and did not seem interested in helping. When I explained my issue, he told me they wouldn’t be able to assist me. The problem turned out to be minor and was ultimately resolved in about 10 minutes. When I asked if I could speak with someone else, he smirked and casually said, “There are plenty of other people here, you can talk to someone else,” which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Fortunately, Jay Krewson overheard the conversation, approached me himself, and offered help. Within minutes, he understood the issue and resolved it completely. His professionalism, attitude, and willingness to step in made a huge difference. People like Jay are the reason customers continue to trust and return to your dealership. I’m very grateful for his help.

I was looking for a used BMW X3 with low mileage (under 60K) and found one listed for $20K. After reaching out to the dealership, I received a welcome text from Sam. I received a follow-up email from the General Manager, Sean, who also welcomed me and provided an additional point of contact. On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM—totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. However, I am certain anyone within the BMW of Bellevue family is just as professional. If you have the pleasure of working with Alvin, Sam, Sean, and/or Dorela, tell them I said hello!!

If you plan on coming in and purchasing a car, please visit Sam! He was able to get me an allocation for a 2026 BMW M3 and although there was a wait list, the wait time wasn’t too long and was shorter than what he initially told me. Unfortunately, we had an accident on a cross-country roadtrip: thanks to BMW’s support services, we were towed to this location, Uber to our hotel was taken care of, & the team took care of us with a 2 year warranty. Our agent, Bill, was responsive & personable during the repair process. While the repairs were expensive, the customer service was stellar with Bill (with Saf’s efficient assistance) answering our questions, ensuring all details of our car were functioning properly, & we could return home to Denver. The facilities are light, open, & well-run. The effect of high-end luxury & performance is highlighted & appreciated. Overall a good place to buy a car with one minor hiccup. First the good: Our salesman Guled was a pleasure to work with and made whole the buying experience as hassle free as possible. Guled was able to answer all of my questions about the car and dealership financing. During the process of purchasing we were informed a mistake was made about the pricing of the vehicle but the sales manager honored our upon pricing after negotiating, and for that alone I will bring my business back to them. The hiccup: we purchased the car just shy of 6k miles and we were told multiple times the oil had already been changed. Well two days into driving the car our oil change schedule light turned on. I called the dealership to confirm this and the maintenance representative confirmed the oil had not been changed. Seems like come miscommunication between departments.

after a less than stellar experience with my last dealership, going to BMW of Bellevue was a total turnaround. This is exactly what the BMW experience is supposed to feel like. • They got me in for an appointment quickly. • They provided Lyft rides to and from the shop so I didn't have to wait around. • The service was finished much faster than I expected. • They even gave the car a full wash before handing back the keys. They didn’t even charge for the diagnostic. I think my last dealer charged me $300 for that alone. The team was professional, fast, and really went above and beyond. I’m very impressed with the level of service here and will definitely be back.

Exceptional Experience with Frank My husband and I visited AutoNation Bellevue because he wanted to gift me a car — my first car in the U.S. We planned to test drive a few pre-owned BMW X3 and X1 models, but thanks to Frank, we drove away with a brand-new X3 instead. As a long-time Mercedes loyalist who hadn’t driven much here, I wasn’t expecting to switch brands so easily. But Frank’s patience, product knowledge, and genuine interest in understanding our needs completely won us over. Overall, I had a positive experience, I usually do with BMW of Bellevue, and I typically don't fill out these review forms. My experience this time was great until I picked up my car. I had a sensor cable that was not reconnected when I picked up my car, I didn't notice this until I was home. I picked my car up on Saturday and called Monday morning to explain what was happening. My advisor was very short with me on the phone, maybe just busy for a Monday morning, but it came across as short and annoyed. I spent over $4000 getting my car repaired, I would think for that price that something like a sensor being reconnected should not have been overlooked. I should not have had to call and spend my time bringing my car back in to fix something that shouldn't have been overlooked in the first place. The fix was quick. but it did require me adjusting my schedule so I could be there to get it fixed. This experience was frustrating, and not the customer service that I am used to at this location.

This was the best used car buying experience I have had. John Lee in sales was so straightforward. He gave me 10% more trade-in value than the other location I tried. When I asked for one concession, he put his hand out to shake mine and we made the deal. Done. Big shout out to Claire in the used service department, who personally drove my car to me and dropped it off when a service appointment changed. The team at BMW Bellevue really went above and beyond to provide excellent service and value.

Recently my wife and I purchased a secondhand BMW i3 120AH from BMW of Bellevue. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience, and pleased with the price and condition of the car. The original car we were looking to purchase did not pass inspection, but within a couple of days, they had taken one in and contacted me right away. Andi Naum and Alvin Eklund in sales made it simple to reserve and easy to purchase. I mostly purchase my cars from private sellers but was delighted at how easy the whole experience was. We were out the door in a bit over two hours -- fast enough to beat traffic.

Sam Bhurgri my salesman, the owner and the whole Bellevue team were amazing from start to when we flew over to pick up our 2026 BMW i5 40. Everything was ready to sign and hit the road back home. The car is amazingly fast 3.3 seconds to 60 mph. The ride is comfortable and the car is very responsive.
