The seller was convinced the battery was good - Biggs analysis proved otherwise, giving me the information I needed to set things right and avoid a cascade of low voltage errors. So I recently bought my first Land Rover, a 2013 LR4. Since I knew nothing about Rovers, I wanted a mechanic who would be able to answer my many questions about my new Rig. Enter Biggs Eastside Automotive. They were able to to resolve all my concerns, perform needed service in a timely manner, and teach me more about how to care for my new Rover. This is a long over due review that I’m hoping will help other rover owners in the area. I cannot speak any more highly of Jen & Co. at Biggs Eastside Rovers!! They were the shop who actually performed our PPI on our currently owned RRS s/c. Since our purchase in the Summer of 2015, outside of factory recalls, they have performed nearly all of the services and repairs. If you’ve owned or currently own an L320 with either the 5.0 sc or NA motor, you’re aware of its inherent faults and idiosyncrasies. Despite that, we’ve always looked past them and found more ways to love our rover. In its most abbreviated sense, Biggs came To the rescue more times than I’d like to count, from injector troubles, to the occasional electrical woe and as complicated as comprehensive powertrain work, Jen and her close knit crew never shied away from realistic expectations, beyond fair pricing and providing us the peace of mind that, ironically enough, is an antonym of the LR brand as a whole. Yes, the dealership may be at the forefront of service while you’re under warranty; outside of that, however, look no further than Biggs! Expertise, class, thoroughness, accountability and most importantly, client-centered relations, has forged a long lasting bond between them and my wife and I; I’m at peace knowing there’s a shop who will not only take care of our current and future rovers, but be transparent and supportive as well 🇬🇧 🚙

Working with Biggs Eastside Rovers was the most pleasant auto repair experience I’ve ever had. This was my first visit at Biggs - the repairs were for a 2014 Range Rover Sport I had purchased used from a local Rairdon dealer with an extended warranty package. Previous attempts to diagnose and repair this same car at a local Land Rover dealer in years past were extremely frustrating with poor communicating, Land Rover holding the car for weeks without any updates, and costly with the Land Rover service techs seemingly unwilling to talk to the extended warranty company. At Biggs however, the experience was incredible from first call, through repair, to pickup. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with all communications whether it be phone calls, text message updates, or leaving me a voicemail. I suspected my alternator had failed due to the battery no longer charging even after replacement and asked that my control arms be looked at due to some wear. Biggs happily worked with my 3rd party extended warranty, provided a quote to replace my alternator and three control arms, and were transparent about the type of parts my warranty would cover as well as what my out of pocket costs would be should I choose better parts. I appreciated the transparency and of course wanted quality parts so I went that route. The repairs only took a few business days to complete and was done a day earlier than expected. My car is running great and Biggs has established themselves as my go-to shop for as long as I own a Rover. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

Outstanding Land Rover Specialist – Highly Recommended I brought my LR2 in for a comprehensive service and was extremely impressed with the level of expertise and attention to detail. Biggs clearly understands Land Rovers inside and out. The inspection was thorough, the service was meticulous, and everything was explained clearly without any upselling or pressure. The work was completed on time, communication was excellent throughout, and my LR2 now drives noticeably better than it has in years. It’s rare to find a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with honesty and professionalism, but this team delivers on all fronts. If you own a Land Rover and want it serviced correctly by people who truly know the platform, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend them to any Land Rover owner.
