I purchased my last vehicle here about 10 years ago and was very pleased with the experience, so I came back again. This time I worked with Aaron B. in sales who was wonderful. He was personable without any sales pressure and someone I truly felt worked hard to get me a good deal. He even helped guide me through a service appointment when I felt a bit out of sorts, which I greatly appreciated. We sold our pickup truck to them. Their acquisition manager, Dave Tisdial , was so accommodating and did everything he said he would. He even spent his day off to get the truck because I was afraid of driving it in an unfamiliar city (it was a very big truck.) We were happy with the price as well. (The cat wasn’t part of the deal.)

I bought my Audi Q3 from Landmark motors last year with an extended warranty. I took it back for servicing last week since my passenger wheel had some issues and fortunately ,the extended warranty came in handy for those repairs. I was grateful for Chase and John professionalism , they explained everything in detail that needed to be fixed and they did a good job. They also made sure I had a car while my car was being repaired.If you have a German machine car, I bet you should try them for services since they are gooooood at what they do 👌🏻

From my very 1st inquiry about my dream car, to the present(registering) out of state. My experience has been nothing less than perfect. Everyone that I spoke with through out the week long process were polite, professional, down to the last detail. Sophia had relayed all my concern’s & questions I had about purchasing & registering the car from out of state, let her know my current financial situation & I was 40 days out before I could actually purchase car . I was expecting a response to be ok call us when you’re actually ready & able to purchase the car. But I was pleasantly surprised a short time later I received a call from Aaron he was informed by Sophia , he explained the process & answered all my questions without me having to have a repeat conversation I had with Sophia. I was impressed.He did let me know it was highly unlikely the car would still be available in 40 days which was not a surprise to me. He offered to try and get me financed for a $130k loan without an early payoff penalty or a large interest fee. I didn’t think it was possible but about an hour later we were scheduling a delivery date. Over the next couple of days I decided I couldn’t wait another week to get the car so I booked a flight the next day . I gave Aaron my itinerary and he had Vincent pick me up from airport. The car was everything he said it was and then some. He made sure I had a full tank of gas, setup my car play answered all questions about the car & off I went on my 1150 mile journey home. The car was very impressive it did everything I thought it could do but exceeded my expectations. I also have to thank the sales manager also named Aaron he had phoned me after I left a message for Aaron my sales consultant regarding some details about loan contract.( It was his day off )He explained it so I understood the details. I highly recommend Landmark motors and will definately look to see what they have on the lot, I’d let them know what I’m looking for in case they come across a gem like the one I bought from them.
