I love this place! Bought my car here and have it serviced here. Service dept rocks! I trust them, which is hard to say about a car place! And this isn't just a car place, its where you are treated well, almost like they care! It is a BUSINESS, you won't get it for free, but they do extremely well for me. I highly recommend!

Very easy drop off process. I was called a few hours later with the diagnosis. I took my car in because the engine light was on. This was because I didn't put the gas cap back on properly. There was no charge and they were so nice and genuine. So nice to find a place you can trust!

Excellent service. Went in with a couple things wrong with car. Seemed like a substantial issue. Apparently not. Explained what was going on. They said it may take til end of day and possibly tomorrow. Was able to pick it up by lunch! Wasn’t a big issue at all. No nickel and dime. I was expecting a 5-8 dollar bill. It was 150. Simple fix apparently. I’ve had other shops tell me I needed to fix things that didn’t need fixed. Which is about every time I take mine in for service. Not here though. They did notice a few thing that would be due in the future and made a list and basically a timeline. Also cheap. They’ve won my service over. Even fixed a bent rim and pulled a screw out and plugged it for free. Pretty sure that’s not a standard practice. Thanks guys at LM!

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!! Horrible after purchase care, had suspension problems with the tesla I purchased here. They told me it's a 2k repair but they would "do it at cost" for $1800.. I told them that I expect a 30k vehicle not to have major issues that can leave me stranded somewhere and they said it's a normal maintenance repair so it's not something they inspect and repair on the cars they take in. I told the sales manager that I would be happy to post a review if they are interested in taking care of me it can be reflected in my review. He threatened me saying that I can kiss my $200 discount goodbye. Saying "we will just bury it under 10 good reviews. "

From the purchase to the routine maintenance Landmark Motors and Service has always been outstanding. Bought a Range Rover from Mario(retired), no hassles easy experience. Conney was superb in finance. From Joel(no longer there) to Mike now in service they go above and beyond for your car. Nermin and his crew of mechanics are top notch. Even brought our Mercedes to them for service. When another shop in the area told me they couldn’t finish my brake job because my calipers wouldn’t retract. Nermin allowed me to bring the parts from the other shop to Landmark and completed my brake job no problems. Even advised me to contact prior shop and demand a refund. Another time my Mercedes oil cap kept coming off after they performed an oil change. They told me to bring the car back out cleaned the engine bay and put a new oil cap on the car free of charge. No problem since. Always a pleasure knowing they have your best interest in mind.

This place has impeccable maintenance service, customer service and communication. They had some issues with rescheduling and techs who were out sick, but communicated to reschedule which I appreciate! Mike, the front desk/customer service person, helped me choose what services/maintenance to tend to for my Mercedes and was honest to someone like me who does not know much about cars. They charge a premium price being in the Bellevue area, but a better alternative than going to the Mercedes/Lux dealership. Other aspects I like: their extensive electronic inspection/diagnosis reports, nice waiting area with people checking in (nice Asian lady asked if I was good), texting updates, open garage and cameras overseeing their techs.

This review is for the Landmark Service Department. Last year, around November, December my dear friend recommended me this wonderful place and wonderful people..! Nermin, Mike, and the entire Service Department for Landmark. I brought my car to have it inspected by then, because my friend has a higher view of them. They didn't disappoint. They performed an amazing service on my car, and I have seen the effects until today. I had some problems with my door locks and some other issues with my German car, but they fixed it all. Later on, I thought one of the doors was not locking again. To my surprise, after coming back from overseas and trying again. I noticed that the door was working fine again until today, the system reset itself. Just felt I need to recommend this place and these wonderful people to anyone who needs them. If you own a German car and you think your dealership or Mechanic is not doing a good job, or they say they are too busy or put you on a waiting list, plus perform poor service that you have to go there more than once...! GIVE A TRY TO THE LANDMARK SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE HONEST AND VERY WELL-TRAINED/ SKILLED PROFESSIONALS. I definitely recommend the Landmark Service Department. Go there and have a conversation with Mark in the service office. And Nermin, the manager from the service department. They are all that and then some. All these positive reviews that you see are true. YES, THE LANDMARK SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THAT GOOD. SO, IF YOU HAVE ANY GERMAN CAR AND ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, REPUTABLE, AND HONEST PLACE TO SERVE YOUR CAR AT REASONABLE PRICE, GO TO LANDMARK. If you need assistance with foreign cars and professional mechanics, these well-trained individuals are ready to help you. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee to Landmark Motors after an unprofessional and pushy experience at another shop, where we didn't trust their vague, overpriced diagnosis. Returning here (where we bought the car) was the best decision. John and Chase were both absolute pros. They took the time to explain every detail, so we actually understood what was happening. They were solution-oriented, focusing on what was urgent versus what could wait, and explained that to us so we could make an informed decision. They also worked closely with our extended warranty, making the whole process incredibly easy and quick for us. The communication was 10/10; we never felt like they were just out for our money. It’s clear they actually care. The shop is super clean and tidy, and they even helped us out with a rental when the car wasn't ready. If you want a team that is communicative, honest, and transparent, I recommend seeing them.

I had recent brake work done on my X3 and really appreciated how seriously the team took my concerns. Chase and John were wonderful to work with! Responsive, patient, and easy to communicate with. Benton (the technician on both visits) was thorough and clearly took care to make sure everything was operating properly. When I noticed some noise afterward, they brought the car back in and did a detailed follow-up inspection and explanation, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Their shuttle service was also excellent. They asked where I wanted to go, recommended a nearby coffee shop so I could work, and made the whole process incredibly convenient. Great experience across both sales and service and I’d absolutely come back again.
