Went in to fix my front bumper. Unfortunately the appointments are over 3 months late, But they did temporary fix on my bumper for free of cost , thanks to Casey who was super helpful in quick fix of my car.

After a long waiting, brought my Tesla here. Two weeks later they said they don't have tool to repair the damage. Tesla cannot repair Tesla. What a joke.

Collision Center is so backed up that you can't either get online to schedule an appointment or even schedule one on the phone. Collision Center is out, over 90 days. The customer service agent said, "Just continue trying, and if a spot opens, then you can get in."

Tesla collision center cannot fix their own cars. I got involved in a minor front end collision and apparently they don't have the equipment to fix it and are sending me to third party shops which are booked up for 6 months. The car is drivable. Tesla won't even fix a seat belt and is putting its customers' lives in danger. Buying a Tesla has been the worst decision I have ever made.

Had a good experience here as far as body shops go. This shop is equipped to handle more complicated body repair - in my case, replacing both passenger side doors and repairing quarter panel/wheel damage on an M3. For more minor issues like dents and scrapes you would be better off getting an estimate via the app with the nearby service center. Price was about half of other 'Tesla-approved' shops in the area. Best way to get an initial estimate and set up an appointment is via email. Time to repair matched initial estimate, shop communicated with insurance as needed, periodic updates provided via text while vehicle was in shop. Final repair quality is great and body/paint look stock again.

After holding our vehicle for so long for “repairs” (they don’t repair anything, only replace) they returned our vehicle with further damage (that we paid $10K+ to fix) caused by their employee(s) and said nothing. Also their associate said “no surprises here” and when you go in to pay the bill your total is now $2K more than the original invoice to make the cost $10K+, I’d say that is huge surprise. Not something anyone would over look. Unethical and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Two things you NEED to know about this place before choosing them. 1. They are NOT an auto body shop; they are a collision center. They won’t tell you what they can and can’t fix, so here’s what you need to know: If you've been in an accident and have ANY structural damage to your car they cannot fix it. Sometimes there is structural damage but a claims adjuster doesn’t see it so you don’t know. I waited 3.5 months for an appointment to have my car towed into their facility only to be told that they do not have the space for a frame bench and, therefore, cannot fix structural damage. If my car needed to be towed in, isn't there a decent chance that there is some structural damage? They shouldn't be taking tow-ins or any car that has more than a dent or a scratch if they cannot perform the work. Don’t wait months like I did unless you are 100% positive that they can perform the repair. 2. Communication doesn't exist. They have no phone number. E-mail response times seem to be 3-5 days. Read the other reviews. They received my car on March 30th. On April 7th I e-mailed them wondering if my car was repaired and ready for pick up. On April 10th they e-mailed me back letting me know that they couldn't fix it because there was structural damage. I wonder much time would have passed before they contacted me. Another week? A month? Find an autobody shop that can answer the phone and treat you with some dignity. Also, know that this place is not directly affiliated with Tesla. I called a Tesla service center and they were baffled to hear that this company couldn’t do structural repairs.

90 days out just to get an estimate. Don't bother if you want your car repaired before 2026

The good news, not only was Tesla Collision fast (10 days) and seemed to do a good job. They did find one more issue when they disassembled, but were able to get parts for that quickly. Very good communication with them while in the shop. Good coordinating with the Enterprise nearby -- I got to rent a Kia Niro EV which was fun to try.

Reading others reviews they don’t seem to understand how car repairs work. If you expect body work to be done in less than a week at ANY shop you are in for a rude awakening. Structural damage is way more serious than cosmetic damage and may never be safe to drive again. I just dropped my model 3 off after being sideswiped. They set expectations of taking 3-4 weeks up front and told me what the process will look like. I will update my review once the work is complete.

My experience was so frustrating as all i got to know was they are not equipped and at full capacity. I was talking to someone inside and then suddenly someone else barged in and started telling me that this cannot be fixed here. The way the conversation was going was very rude. When i told the person would he even listen to me then he started reacting and was facing other side. This is my worst experience on a car service i have been with Audi and Toyota before and they are so good. I will definitely recommend the center owner to talk to their staff and ask them to be polite as that is basic.

Consistently the best experience I have with Tesla service. The first incident was a collision event and they repaired my model 3 in great time and back to new. Communication along the way was excellent, and they handled everything with insurance. This second time was to fix a windshield that a rock destroyed, and once again service was great - handled all the insurance stuff for me. They washed & cleaned my interior, which I haven't had at any other Tesla location. Their exterior wash was as good as many detail places I've been to and I was shocked when I saw my car. For the latest windshield episode, I worked with Dion and he was wonderful.

Great Service, excellent work... they are a little backed up though. Not happy about the 2 month wait to get an estimate done but I know they will do good work once they finally get started on it.

Yes there are a long wait times. Tesla owners don’t really have any other option. With those things considered, the staff itself is what I have to base the review on. Casey T is super professional and a great person to work with. I appreciate his communication and expertise.

Called to speak to to a gentleman who was repairing a Tesla for a customer and the lady who answered the phones was absolutely the most unfriendly girl I have ever met. If you think that laughing at a person and sounding like you hate your job and me calling is a inconvenience than quit. I was nothing but kind and patient. If she is your customer facing, you should reconsider

Absolutely stellar warranty service. Dion stepped in and took care of me as soon as I came in and mentioned the previous body work done 2 years back may have contributed to an interior piece popping out. Thank you Dion and rest of the crew there. Will definitely be back in future for any Tesla body work.

Deon is the man! I brought my 2015 Model S in for some collision repair (car still runs great). I explained how sentimental this car is to me (I was a design engineer at Tesla when we launched Model S) and that I had been warned that I was close to the number that would total the car. Also that multiple shops said the insurance claim estimate was LOW and they recommended living with the dent. Deon promised he would make sure I'd get my baby back. I'm glad I put my faith in him. Not only am I driving her home, but he came in under budget! Thank you! Thank you!

While getting into an accident is never a good experience, the service at this Tesla Collision Center made the repair process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The repair quality was flawless (car looks brand new!), but what truly stood out was their exceptional communication: • Detailed Guidance: For every step of the process, I received not only automated system updates but also personal messages from the team explaining exactly what was being done. They even encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions about the technical details. • Rapid Response: During business hours, they typically replied to my inquiries within one to two hours. Their responsiveness is unmatched. • Above and Beyond: I was especially impressed when their manager continued to answer my questions until 7:00 PM, even though they officially close at 5:00 PM. They kept their promise on the timeline, delivering the car on Jan 19th despite the busy holiday season (Christmas, New Year, and MLK Day). If you want peace of mind and professional service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
