Went in to get a Check Engine light diagnosed -- the young man behind the counter came right out, diagnosed a misfiring cylinder, recommended the $7 bottle of injector cleaner. Still waiting to see if it works, but he was so accommodating and helpful it gave a boost to my morning whether it works or not.

Great place to get your auto parts! The employees there are knowledgeable and of you all nicely, they can also recommend the parts and services that you actually need and not the services that others try to run on you. Selection is fairly comprehensive but do ask the employees since they might have additional selection in the back. Also try checking online and shipping to store! The aisles are clean and the store is organized well. Sufficient parking in front of the store.

A little belated…I came into this store when my poor old mamavan overheated on 405, right at the Factoria exit. I was able to make it to O’Reilly’s and the two staff members there were so helpful and kind, it felt like they were family, helping me to figure out what steps to take to determine the source and severity of the problem. I had two little dogs with me on a very hot day and they were very accommodating, filling a water dish and finding a spot for us to wait while the van cooled down enough to open the radiator. They ultimately helped me fill the coolant tank and looked for leaks. They were concerned that it might not make it back home, but I decided to try getting it home. The manager, Greg, made sure i had the phone # to the shop, in case i got stuck somewhere unsafe, they would make sure i got a quick rescue. I only made it about 1/2 mile, but i was able to get safely off the road to a shady spot and i have AAA and USAA, so didn’t need to call them. But i really appreciated their genuine care for the safety of me and the pups. I will continue trusting O’ Reilly’s for all my family’s auto needs.

I received great customer service from Robert. He patiently helped me with a return/exchange when I didn't have the receipt (he was able to look up the original purchase), figured out exactly what product I needed, and then went above and beyond to help me install two new headlight bulbs after they had both burned out unexpectedly. I came in the other day to ask for some advice about my car having some sensors and the gentlemen there was kind enough to give me all the advice and recommendations for said car. Ended up having to get a new car and the gentlemen (Dante) took his time, once again, to explain how to fix and help the car. Best customer service I have received in a O'Reilly auto parts store.

The scrawny white guy with the long hair (Scott I think) was unhelpful and just kind of cringe acting the two times I came in. One was when I picked up some windshield wipers for my wife, he suddenly uttered, "I hope I wasn't too unbearable to be around." I had been pretty nice and seriously, why the heck would you need to say that?.. The second time, I wanted to get a starter tested, and again the same guy asked if it was a part bought from them. I told him it wasn't and he said he couldn't test it because 'he had to put a part number in their machine' and it would only work for O'Reilly parts.. His counterpart even looked confused by this, as this guy basically blocked him from trying to help. Well, I went to the next store over in Renton and bam, they were able to test the starter no questions asked! I was even ready to buy the replacement, but they didn't have it in stock. Love the store, but please educate this guy how to properly help people if you are going to advertise free testing on any starters, batteries, etc.

I was on a road trip and my check engine light came on. My car is in good repair with maintenance complete so it was quite a surprise. I stopped at this store and they helped me run the code with their code reader for free. When I realized it was an easy fix and all I needed was a screwdriver and a hex wrench, they actually let me borrow some tools they had in the shop and I was able to be in my way in less than half an hour.

Customer rep is really helpful and patience, comparing the size, price and quality before I decide to buy! Again, this is a small store comparing to other auto parts shop, but the service is way much better than others.

On this occasion, I was looking for a replacement bulb for my HID lights on an older Mercedes. The asst. manager at this location wasn't very helpful, only to say he didn't carry a replacement, and was that all I needed, then disappeared back into the store. I ended up at the Factoria O'Reilly just to see if another store could give me a little more guidance on what to buy. The asset. manager there was way more helpful, and although he didn't have a replacement for me either, he took the time to look up what I might need and sent me to home with a few screenshots of the correct connections to look for. 5 ⭐️'s for the Factoria store, I found exactly what I needed! Factoria will be my new go-to store for auto parts! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I had a fantastic experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to the outstanding customer service from the manager, Matt. I came in to get my wiper blades replaced, which ended up being more complicated than expected. Matt went above and beyond—he patiently tried multiple different blades until we figured out the exact one that fit. When he realized the right one wasn’t in stock at his store, he didn’t just stop there. He took the time to locate it at a nearby store, placed the order, and even made sure one of his associates would be available to help install it since he wouldn’t be there later in the day. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping me out made a big difference. It’s not often you come across that level of care and follow-through. Trust but verify. Battery got drained after I returned from vacation. Took my battery to get charged at O'riellys and was told that batteries usually are no good from Costco when left to discharge. I felt they just wanted to sell me another battery so I kindly asked to charge anyway and apparently they did and we got a failed battery test. Asked another employee to slow trickle charge overnight and when I returned in the morning it was off the trickle charge and was told it failed. Took to Costco to see if it had a warranty and was told that the battery was still good after a Costco test just low on charge. Bought a $46 charger at Costco and I took battery home to fully charge it myself. Learned to never trust anyone looking to sell you something instead of helping you.
