AVOID at all cost. Bought a used car from them and had major mechanical problems with the car immediately. From the beginning the sales person and the manager were very snarky and making rude comments. They also lied about the condition of the car and the spec of the car on the listing. They wouldn't even take a second to listen to me or try to make things right. All they care about is the money. I even told them that I am ok selling it back and willing to lose $6k. But they weren't willing to do anything. They also sent the title of the car very late. Avoid these people if you can. The sales person are clueless and the managers are extremely rude. I am in sales as well and the minute there is a unhappy customer (let alone it being my fault) I try to make things right and not treat them like second class citizens.

Had to drop my car off overnight after a breakdown. They ran diagnostics and provided very detailed feedback on things I will need to keep an eye on or address and they also resolved my issue. Great communication via text and/or call at start and end of service. You definitely pay a premium for the services there but I find it’s worth it even just for the inspection so you are informed on all maintenance needs and potential issues.

This location had the only color combination and trim packaging of the XC60 I wanted available. I scheduled a test online drive three days out. Ali called me to confirm and I let him know that if I loved the car we would do the deal, no fuss. Ali made sure to have the car ready for me when my husband and I showed up for our appointment. He was welcoming and no pressure, a total gentleman. I really wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible and they did their best to accommodate my request. Great experience.

Marc Eiler is the sole reason that we stuck with a purchase of a used Volvo from Volvo Cars Bellevue. We were met with highly competent and professional expertise, a passionate Volvo enthusiast and a salesman with flair for making us feel comfortable with the options at hand and with the car that we were the most interested in. Marc showed great interest in all details around our car purchase from sorting out exactly what we were looking for, to expertly guiding us through the many features of the car both while it was parked on the lot and while we took a test ride. We had a lot of questions and he clearly knew the car in and out. The purchase process was smooth and Marc was very patient and flexible while we discussed payment options. The car was cleaned, the battery fully charged and the tank full as well when we picked up the car (which had a lovely bow on it, nice surprise!). Parts department was honest. Service department was a nightmare!! My radio went out on my 2007 Volvo. I called Bellevue Volvo parts and they said the radio is no longer available; you might be able to get a used one but it might need to be programmed to the car. I appreciate the honest information! I got a used radio and it powered up but did not show any radio options. I called Service and they said they could program it even though the radio was discontinued. I asked if I would be charged if they could not program it. They said they would not charge me. So I brought the car and handed over the keys. A few hours later I was informed that they tried to program the radio twice but the radio would not work (same symptoms). They charged me $350 and said they reduced the labor costs because the dealership purchased the reprogramming software twice. I told them the charge was excessive and was willing to pay half the bill. They would not reduce the charge. It cost me $350 to get no value except the knowledge that the Service department is a rip off.

Bought my used xc90 here and the process was pretty easy and straight forward. The car had an electronic issue about 3k miles after purchase so I brought it in for service and that was easy too - they spent the extra time to help diagnose and gave me option so I didn't feel like I was getting worked over. Labor rate was higher than I'd like, but you're driving a Volvo, right? I'd definitely go back in the future.

I am super impressed with Volvo Cars Bellevue. 'By far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership/purchasing a car. Jonathan Samano went above and beyond to help us out. I test drove a couple of cars, and he was very honest about everything; he didn't try to convince me to buy anything. He was kind, lighthearted, respectful, knowledgeable, and listened to all of my concerns. The first car that I made an appointment to test drive ended up being too slow for my liking. I pressed the gas and said "Oh, it's pretty slow on the get-go." He said, "Ya, it goes from 0-60 in about.. oh, maybe tomorrow." The next car I tried felt a lot better. After testing it out, I was ready to buy it. He encouraged me to wait until it was detailed and washed, but that would take hours. I'd rather not wait around, and I don't live nearby. So, Jonathan said that I could go home, and he would come pick me up when it was ready. It's over an hour drive one way! We also had issue with accessing my online bank for the transaction when it was time to complete paperwork. They were kind, patient and respectful through the process. The bank needed at least another day to verify info in order to pull out a large sum of money, so they gave me paperwork that would ensure they'd get paid, and would give me more time to sort it out with the bank. It all worked out great, and I was glad they had that option. I went home, and Jonathan picked me and my daughter up when he said he would. He was kind and respectful during the drive back to the dealership. My new car was immaculate, and he even filled the gas tank from empty to full. I drove the car home, but the temporary license plates flew off. I told Jonathan, and after work the next day, he drove another hour to come deliver new temp license plates and secure them on my new car. He refused to take a tip and said he honestly just likes to help. He renewed my faith in humanity. The car I bought has no issues, and after having such a great experience with Volvo Cars Bellevue, it makes me extra happy to drive it around and call it my own. It was most definitely worth the time and investment. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Bellevue to anyone looking for a reliable car at a good price.

We arrived at Bellevue Volvo with an 8 yr old high mileage Volvo with a number of issues- so the Service Dept went to work to determine what /how to fix these issues- we went walking in the lot to see what was available. Met up with Marc Eiler who listened and provided great options if we were interested in used and or new… we found a hybrid XC60 2024 ready to go… we liked the idea of driving a hybrid to assist in driving longer distances and minimizing gas. By the end of the day we determined that it was far smarter to go with the newer technology hybrid vs our gas Volvo. We appreciated the time and assistance Marc & the Volvo Team put into making our trade & new purchase a reality.
