Amazing service from the initial scheduling with Ashley and tech inspections to same day repair(s). Recently took my car in for an extensive brake repair and Sherman was able to get me squared away with same day service. Not too long after unfortunately ran over some debris on the highway and needed to get the undercarriage assessed. Bin generously was able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and the team was able to take care of the issue right then and there. Definitely my go to crew and shop for all my future auto needs, place is without a doubt full of Aloha!

As a girl with limited car knowledge and new to the area, I came here solely based on Google reviews. After being here twice for oil changes and servicing on my Ford Bronco, I am so satisfied with how honest, communicative (in easy to understand language), and fair their prices are. Both times Ishii had noticed a "sweet smell" coming from my engine with concerns for a coolant leak and I took it to my dealership (under warranty) and they detected exactly what Ishii had noted (despite other places never mentioning this). They never pushed additional services on me and were upfront with costs. I highly recommend their inspection, they are exceptionally detailed!!

Poor communication, sloppy workmanship, and blame-shifting Going to echo another reviewer: don’t bring Ishii anything labor-intensive…or maybe don’t bring them anything at all. My case was a clutch and rear main seal replacement. Labor-intensive? Sure. Complicated? Not really. I dropped the car off in August and was told “next Wednesday” assuming parts arrived on time. I sent tracking showing a Thursday/Friday delivery. Wednesday comes and I’m told that’s just when they’d start trying to fit me in. My car sat over two weeks before it was finished. Soon after pickup, puddles showed up under the car — a brand-new problem. I brought it back, and they confirmed the rear main seal they installed was leaking, supposedly because “the lip was backwards.” Instead of admitting an install error, which they in writing confirmed would be covered, they blamed the genuine Mazda seal for not including an “install kit.” It sounded like there were assumptions made and perhaps some uncertainty around the first time of installation — ’90% of the time, seals don’t require any tools and are just driven/pressed straight in, but this was one of the 10% of times it wasn’t’….something like that. Sketchy. Mazda doesn’t make or require an ‘install kit’ — the service manual just calls for careful installation. Multiple Mazda service departments confirmed this. If Ishii had doubts, a single phone call could’ve cleared it up and I probably wouldn’t be posting this review. They reinstalled with their own aftermarket seal and made me pay. Their service note literally says: “Did not come with installation tool which caused the lip of seal to be installed backwards.” That’s not a parts issue; that’s an installer issue from the sound of it. The sleeve that aftermarket brands include is just insurance against sloppy technique; a proper install is definitely possible without rolling the lip provided some care is taken. They gave me half off labor the second time, but I should never have been paying for their mistake in the first place. Mistakes happen — but shifting blame onto the customer is a terrible look

I came here for a second opinion on some repairs that were recommended at a dealership. Many of the concerns came back the same but I felt far less pressured and much more informed about the decisions I was making on what I wanted to be fixed. It also appeared to be cheaper which was nice. The staff are extremely helpful and worked with me on what I’d like to get done. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back here for my future car repairs and maintenance!

I am very happy with the work they did on my son's Honda Civic. They gave me a very.detailed list of all the issues they found. I was able to select the issues I wanted fixed. Communication was probably the best I have ever experienced with a repair shop. They were proactive in telling me the status of my car - which was a miracle in of itself. I never had to call or wonder about an update they continually reached out to me. Even just today about 2 weeks after the service they texted me to ask how the car was running. Just wow!
