I love them! They were able to work with our very tight timeline and complicated schedule, on top of saving us tons of money (with OEM parts, at that!). Another reputable and highly rated shop wanted to do axle work in addition to strut/shocks replacement, that Eschen/Alex did not see a need for. I believe Alex because when we got the car back, it drove and handled as it should. Extra kudos for fixing up the loose skid plate. It now drives like a silent dream compared to when we dropped it off. Highly recommend!

Heater went out, and after calling around I couldn't get into any shops for over 2-3 weeks. The dealership told me over a month. Alex and his crew got me in the next day, even with how busy they were. He also told me what the problem he thought was over the phone. They gave me a great price, and got my car back a day later. Very honest and upfront crew. 10/10 recommend these guys, won't be going anywhere else.

Alex was great, highly recommend. I have a 2008 Lexus GS350 that had some engine issues (excessive burning of engine oil and metal in the engine oil when changing oil). Alex was able to offer a competitive quote for an engine replacement, and the Lexus runs great now. Also helped to replace the catalytic converters when he found that they had issues. Great communication throughout the process, and looking forward to going back for future car service

The guys at Eschen helped me weld a bung on my exhaust header, as well as repair a broken stud on that exhaust header. They did a great job. The weld looks great. More, they gave me a plug to temporarily block the bung until I am able to install the auxiliary O2 sensor. The turn-around and customer service were great.

We've been going to Eschen for 10 years for all of our cars (Toyota, Honda, Acura). We are always so happy with their service. They are efficient, great at communication, seem to be reasonably priced, and I always feel confident they are taking care of us and not recommending we do things that don't need to be done. My husband has been taking his Honda Pilot(s) to Eschen for years and has always been very happy with their service not only for the car, but as well as for their customer service. And because of that we started taking our son's older Mazda to Eschen - they have been amazing in dealing with all the many issues it has, being super honest with us, and doing the work that is necessary to make sure the car is in running order. Alex and his team are the absolute best. One of the few honest and not condescending mechanics out there, he always puts it to you straight and tries to find the best and least expensive way to get you back on the road safely. They don't take shortcuts, they don't overcharge, and they do their best to make sure your ride is safe and fully functional. I'm almost tempted to not leave a review so that they don't get so busy that I can never get in but they so deserve 5 stars or more. I recommend them to anyone who has an Asian vehicle, but especially if it's older like mine is.

I am incredibly appreciative to Eschen Automotive. We were about to purchase a vehicle from a private party. We paid for the carfax and were trying to get service records for work that the seller said was recently done. Turned out that the carfax report from Eschen was a buyers prepurchase inspection. The gentleman I spoke with let me know what their findings were and that the car would need a few thousand in repairs. This saved us from a terribly expensive mistake and I couldn't thank them enough! If we lived in the area we would without a doubt use them for our automotive needs.
