We were traveling through the Northwest from California and had an issue. Strictly BMW did their best to get us in and back on the road as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the installed part failed two days later, Wednesday afternoon before the 4th of July long holiday weekend. They worked us in first thing Monday and we were on the road by 10:00 that morning. We cancelled the rest of our trip but they made the car right in the end. I would use them again.

Taylor was great! They helped me with my potential break fluid issues. I was not sure if there is a brake fluid leak or not on my bmw x3. I went to this shop for an investigation. I was quite scared that they would invent some issue and charge me for it. But the shop was very transparent and communicated honestly. I am totally coming back here for my next bmw service.

I highly recommend Strictly BMW for service. They are much more transparent with what is actually required vs recommended for your vehicle and aren’t high pressure salesman like the dealerships. While not inexpensive, they are definitely lower priced than the dealership in my area. Plus, it never hurts to support a small, local, independent business!

Good place to take your car there, I took my crusty old high mileage BMW there and they fixed the problems that I wanted to be addressed. The person that I worked with was Jeff, he was very helpful in providing me the details of what was wrong with my car and was fully honest about it. Pricing is fair for how complicated the problem was. Overall, I recommend taking your car there. Honest people and car got done in a reasonable timeframe. Edit: I just found out that they fixed my broken hood latch as well which is a bonus.

These guys have worked on my BMW since I bought it back in 2020. They do an excellent job with regular maintenance and repairs. The staff is always ready and happy to help with whatever you need. They clearly have a culture built on helping people and not trying to get the most money from you. Jeston in the shop has helped me on numerous occasions and he always has a great attitude and he is very helpful.
