Amazing car wash, was not expecting to be interior and exterior. The staff was amazing and very very friendly. I have a 6yr old and the back seat was pretty full of toys and they put them in bags and then cleaned the backseat. Again was not expecting interior cleaning. Chris Flores, the manager, is super friendly.

I worked with Chris on getting a full front PPF and a full body ceramic on my 2025 BMW M340i. I am really happy with the quality of work I received. I observed the vehicle post pickup and the quality is amazing! I also get my vehicle hand washed at ParkPlace. They are very good with exterior. Quality is amazing for the price that they offer this service.

Interior detail left head unit damaged on my 987 boxster (liquid damage to screen). Park place denied accountability for damage and did nothing to make things right - I ended up spending $1500 to replace to part.

Not impressed. This is a lot of money for a car that's not clean. I heard good reviews and I didn't check it until I got home. My mistake. Hope they make this right. I had to leave a voicemail no one picked up the phone.

My Wife and I took our Range Rover Sport off-roading in the Olympic Peninsula. We tried to take a forest service road over a mountain ridge, down to the coast. Unfortunately the road disappeared on us and we ran into a lot of brush and small trees. We scratched every surface of our vehicle. The paint looked completely damaged. I knew there was only one place that could help us out and get our Range Rover looking just like it rolled off the show room floor. We took it to Park Place Auto Salon and Jacob reassured us that they could get most of the scratches out but do not expect everything to buff out. Well long story short, they worked their magic and 99.99% of the scratches disappeared. Our Range Rover Sport looks like the day we drove it off the show room floor. We are so excited we brought our vehicle to Park Palace. We highly recommend their services to everyone for any vehicle! Thank you so much!

Everyone here was super helpful and nice. I stopped by about a week before I had my car detailed because I had some questions regarding some paint issues. Taylor walked outside with me and examined my car and was very clear and upfront about what they could do to help me. Took my car in a week later, dropped it off for the entire day and was provided a very nice loaner vehicle. When I stopped by the next day, my car basically looked brand new! I believe the guy who performed the detailing for my car was Bill and he did an amazing job. The paint issues I had before were absolutely gone and both the inside and outside of my car look amazing now. Highly recommend Park Place Auto Salon, and I last thing I'll add is I believe the prices here were appropriate for the work that was done. Very happy with how everything turned out.

Selected the interior and exterior hand wash. And saw that they damaged the paint. This was my very first wash on a new car. Very disappointed. And some white cleaning material was not cleaned off properly.

While the detail job was good, the customer service was not. Clearly the shop damaged the navigation screen and refused to take any responsibility for it. After an email exchange and extensive phone conversation with the shop manager Kaila Hollis it became very apparent that park place was more about washing their hands off the problem then actually addressing it. The car was dropped off with the screen intact and returned with damage to it (dead vertical pixel line on the screen), I am 100% sure the screen was intact when dropped off. According to Kaila this was not their fault or responsibility. Be weary taking your car there, if everything goes right then you will leave with a good detail job but if things go sideways you will be rudely stuck with an expensive repair bill.

Always come here for car washes and the staff is extremely awesome. Taylor went above and beyond to get me in for a ceramic coating and even got rid of a giant scratch on a door that I did not think would come out. I was on the fence about getting the car ceramic coated but Taylor explained the entire process to me and the results speak for themselves and I'm glad I got it done. Now I have an appointment to do my other car! Always a pleasure doing business here.

I have had my car washed here a couple times before and they usually do a decent job. This time I had asked for exterior and interior cleaning. When checking in, I asked the person in the lobby how much time it would take - "It's a 20 min appointment" was the response I got. Eventually it took 50 min for them to finish up. I'd have been okay with it if they'd done a good job. You can see photos of my hood and sunroof AFTER the wash. Very disappointed.

Melissa at the front desk is awesome. She's pleasant, follows through with what she says she's going to do, and made sure I kept getting routed to someone. The rest of my experience was unfortunately not stellar. I originally called, spoke to an advisor and was asked to bring my car in to evaluate in person to be given an estimate. I drove the 18 miles out there spoke to the advisor who took photos and told me he would call back. I never heard from him again so I called back eventually and was told I needed to come back again because the photos didn't work for the technician, which I did. I later eventually dropped the car off to have some PPF pieces added and trim up any older pieces that needed to be cleaned up. When I picked up the car a couple days later the window trim was hanging off, some of the new PPF wasn't laying flat, other pieces that I was told they would do didn't get done (with no mention of why or adjustment in my final bill relative to the estimate), and pieces that clearly could be trimmed were not. I know they're capable of doing amazing work but it felt like someone took my request for some extra cash and rushed it just to collect payment.

I went to Park Place Auto Salon to murder out my C63s AMG and apply a ceramic coat as well as paint protection film and I could not have been happier with the results. I organized everything through Jacob who went through every small detail of the work I wanted done and provided me with a range of options to achieve the result I was after. A big thing for me was using original badges on the car and not after market blacked out badges (which would have been the easier route) and the team was more than happy to source original badges and paint them black as well as wrapping the small 's' in red. Even the small strips of vinyl wrap applied to each column of the grill and wrapping the rear Mercedes Emblem which would have taken lots of time. The attention to detail was just incredible on this job! The point is whatever look you are trying to find for your car, I can guarantee the team at Park Place Auto Salon will be able to achieve it! Just give Jacob a call and he will sort you out with a good price and maybe throw in a few extras! A huge shout out to Blake and Mike on the job for the quality work they did on my car!

Disappointed to be honest. While the customer service was great, and the smoke smell really is gone, I found things that didn't sit well with me. For a price tag of $500, I wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail. Whether it's a high end vehicle, or just someone's daily, they should equally be treated with care in my opinion. It doesn't feel like that to be honest. The front desk people really are awesome, just wish it was done a little better for the price tag.

Update: Raj reached out and offered us a free wash to make things right. The wash was done properly and details were taken care of. My car was shiny clean. This time the washing worth the money. Hope they can keep the service! Original post: Had my first car wash here. Thought hand car wash at this price could get a decent job. Unfortunately, no need to mention the details, I noticed my car was not cleaned when looking at it in a distance. Just like mentioned by people in others comments. The bottom 1/3 part was completely ignored. The side skirt was as dirty as I sent my car in. There’re lot of hand car wash around the area which are cheaper and doing better jobs.
