After a recent service visit at BMW of Bellevue, my OEM wheel jack kit was missing from my vehicle when it was returned to me. I reported the issue immediately. The Service Advisor and Service Manager stated the dealership did not believe it happened there and suggested I check my garage or assume another shop removed it. I was also told there was no reason for anyone to access the trunk. Later, after camera review, I was informed that a technician had in fact opened the trunk during the service visit. I escalated the matter to the General Manager, who again denied responsibility and offered only a discounted replacement rather than addressing the issue. The situation was only taken seriously after escalating to AutoNation Corporate. Even then, it required multiple follow-ups and three separate trips back to BMW of Bellevue because the wheel jack kit components were returned in pieces over time. Nearly one month later, I am still waiting for the final remaining part. The lack of accountability, inconsistent explanations, and prolonged resolution process made this an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. Based on how this was handled, I would not return for service.

I bought my car in 2022 from BMW of Bellevue and I’ve been bringing it back for regular maintenance and for any check-ups or questions ever since because they take the time to work through my questions, explain what I don’t know, and provide accurate and transparent timelines and pricing estimates. In the last three years, I’ve also made efforts to ask for the same service provider - Leonard - because he’s been an honest, friendly, and intelligent partner in caring for my vehicle. I feel very comfortable dropping off my keys with Leonard, and I know he has my back when my car is in his care. I don’t always feel loyalty to the dealership where I buy my cars, but at AutoNation BMW of Bellevue I’ve been very happy to continue coming back after the purchase for any and all service needs.

Matt is my service coordinator, he is fabulous! He's knowledgeable, friendly, and keeps me informed during the appointment. BMW of Bellevue is fortunate to have him on staff!

I came into BMW Bellevue for an annual service and wheel alignment. Was promptly met by Anthony my service consultant in an extremely clean warm and friendly service center location. The service did go longer than expected, but Anthony took care of me really well and provided me a loaner vehicle, which was a larger and upgraded vehicle from my current BMW. Kept me up-to-date with regular text messages and notifications on my vehicle service completion and got me complete completed enough on my way in a very professional manner. I’ll always be coming back to this BMW dealership.

I had a mostly positive experience with BMW of Bellevue. My salesman Andrew Rakhshan did a great job. He was very communicative and addressed all my questions. I love the car and have been enjoying it. A couple of things I didn’t like is that the dealer tried to reduce my trade by $1100 dollars for servicing and preparing my trade for resell. We ended up coming to an agreement with that. I understand businesses need to make money. My bigger issue was in financing. It took way too long and the finance person really pushed the service plans and packages. I felt like this was uncharacteristic of past experiences at another BMW dealers. I was asked once, said no and that was the end of it. Not so much here. Other than that, I liked the dealership and friendly staff. Great selection too.

Saf and team did a great job diagnosing the problem with the car. The fix was done well and Saf recommended a preventative fix in an area that is expensive to get to in order to save me money in 1-2 years. Appreciate the honesty and quality. I checked with another mechanic who backed up everything the BMW of Bellevue techs showed on their videos. I am very satisfied.

I received an error and pulled in at Bellevue BMW. I was greeted by Michelle who swiftly scheduled my car in and organized a courtesy car ride home. Michelle provided continuous updates and a few days later my car was available for collection. I arrived to see my car beautifully sparkling at the front! I’ve been bringing my BMW here for annual service for the past few years and have generally had good experiences. This visit, however, was very different. The appointment started normally. I was given an estimate, the services were explained clearly, and I appreciated the inspection video highlighting additional issues. I declined any additional services for later inspection. The problems began at checkout. The final bill was about $500 higher than the original estimate, despite no additional services being added. When I asked for clarification, I was told the morning estimate was “wrong” and that I should have paid attention to handwritten numbers next to the line items. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. There was also confusion between a coolant pump and a water pump issue. I had asked several detailed questions earlier about the coolant pump and received confident answers, but later was told it was misread. That inconsistency made me question the accuracy of the information I was given. Separately, the appraisal team offered to purchase my car but reduced the value by $8,500 due to issues found during service. The total recommended (but declined) repairs were around $6,000, so the numbers didn’t align. I paid the full bill without arguing because I respect the technicians’ work. However, the way my concerns were handled by the service advisor felt dismissive and, at times, like I was being talked down to. I also reached out to the service manager for a callback and never received one. After years of trust, this experience left me disappointed. I hope this was a one-time issue and not reflective of the direction this service center is heading.

Process to drop off, get status and pick up car was easy and accommodating. I got there early and the service folks were able to accommodate the earlier drop off. Appreciate that because the repair was under warranty, the service folks went ahead and worked the issue. Also appreciate the thoroughness as they’d also checked for any recalls and did implement a fix for one. On the pickup, this BMW dealership and service center accommodated a Sunday (device center closed) pickup because the work was under warranty. That significantly helped me manage my time on Monday. And lastly, thank you for charging my up the car and washing it. I had it down to 20% and the shop charged it up to 80%.

BMW of Bellevue Service Center did a great job with all my recent services. First couple of times were replacing tires and rebalancing. (Advisors were Justin and Christopher). Most recent service was to replace a broken lower control arm. I just drove in without an appointment and the job was done in a day which was faster than anticipated given the damage. The advisor (Michelle) was highly communicative and followed up. Of course, technicians did a great job and the car is now driving nicely. I always appreciate the car wash ans part of the service and they even charged the car. Only thing I wished was there was availability of a loaner but understand it’s not always available especially when I didn’t have an appointment.

Every time I have had my car serviced, the experience has been excellent. The communication between the Service Representative and myself has been consistently clear. As an experienced technician in both cars and aircraft, I appreciate that my Service Rep, Matt, always listened carefully to my questions and offered flexibility to address any concerns I had regarding the repairs. He was also consistently accommodating to my needs. My overall experience has been very positive, and each time I have visited for repairs, BMW has performed commendably. I would like to thank the team, especially Matt, for the outstanding service. My only observations are that the repair costs at BMW tend to be higher compared to some other reputable local BMW repair shops, and I have noticed a 2% fee for credit card transactions. In today’s digital landscape, many customers frequently use credit cards, and I am curious about the reasoning behind this fee from a business standpoint. Given the high repair costs and the potentially favorable profit margins, I understand the need for a balanced approach. This has not deterred me from returning to BMW when needed, as reflected by my multiple visits over the years. I apologize if this comes across as somewhat critical; my intention is simply to share my honest feedback. Thank you. P.S. Had it not been for this 2% nuisance fee, I might have rated this BMW dealer a 5.

Serviced for a recall service. Reservation made on same day via web site and it was very easy and straightforward. (It's took me 1~3weeks to make a service reservation with other brand cars usually) Also, they provided Lyft ride on both ways as complementary, way back to my work after drip the car and way to pickup the car, that I didn't expected. The service was done very quick and all staffs were very kind.

The process was quick and informative. I was disappointed that the salesperson said he couldn't find any details about the accident the car had been in. When signing the closing papers the lovely agent helping me, found and shared all of the details of the accident. The fabric was pulled off of the rear folding seat and no attempt appears to have been taken to fix this issue. We love the car and overall the purchase was smooth and trouble-free. I do appreciate the vehicle being full charged upon receipt.
