I dropped by after having lunch at Joeys. It was a spontaneous visit. I recently had purchased a new used car that had a couple of small stains on the seat. The gentleman that helped me immediately dropped what he was doing to take care of my car. He did an outstanding job and the fee was more than reasonable. These guys really understood customer service. They had a bunch of expensive cars in the bays which is always a good sign. If you’re looking for a good car detail place – look no further!

Just picked up my SUV from my first appointment with them. I purchased the Elite package. They did an outstanding job. Literally didn’t miss a spot. They were extremely prompt on their timing. Super friendly and explained everything that was going to be done. They let me check out my vehicle before payment. It was really easy to find inside the parking garage. I got my car detailed at my dealership last time, as it was far less expensive. They did a mediocre job at best and it took them 3 days. Yepppp you heard that right! They literally had my car for 3 days because they were “pressed for time” despite my booking an appointment in advance. I will 100% bring my cars back here. Worth every penny. Feels like a brand new car! Thanks guys!

Eco Car Cafe did an amazing job on my 4-Runner! I had caked on break dust on my front rims and they were able to get it completely removed. My vehicle was done on time. We had the unfortunate timing of a truck running over a can of spray foam in the middle of the road and exploded on the side of our car. The staff at Eco Car were all amazing, super friendly and did an excellent job on removing as much as they could in the time they had getting it off. I had already tried multiple ways to remove what was basically glue dried onto the car. My husband was super happy with the results and thought it was going to be a lost cause, so you all did a great job of figuring out how to get the side of our car looking like new again!

Terrible service and terrible value. I got the Eco Wash thinking that they would clean both interior and exterior. Apparently, that option only includes exterior cleaning and not even a quick vacuum for the interior. Their website did not explicitly state this at all. You'd think for $55, they would do even a little bit of interior cleaning. To top this off, I made an appointment but still had to wait 1 hour as they had to service other cars, making the appointment time almost useless. As for the exterior cleaning, it is mediocre at best as there were some kind of marks left on my windshield. And I don't know what kind of pressure wash you did but water got into my rear tail light. As you recommended to me, I will be taking my business somewhere else. See below for what they recommend to their customers. P.S. I can easily afford your overpriced packages, I'm just not a big fan of getting ripped off.

My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. They got into EVERY nook and cranny. While it was pricey, it’s well worth doing every few years. The drop off and pick up was super easy and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service. Good and more importantly HONEST people. I scheduled originally an expensive detail on Saturday (2/1/25) for my Volkswagen Passat. They looked over my car and they noticed that it was already very clean (which I knew... Partially a test. Haha.) and just needed to deal with mostly a mold issue I had. They gave me a lower priced service focusing on the main issue I had. A lot of other short sighted places probably would have just scammed me or worse try to upsell me on (unnecessary detail) packages but I was pleasantly surprised that Eco Cafe turned out to be a very fair and respectable business. This a very important practice that I'm glad this business follows. That's how you build a loyal customer base. 5/5! Would take my car here again.

Please do not use this company for service of any kind. I dropped off my car for a interior detail and it came back with a dent in the tailgate. When I called to report the issue, the owner would not take any accountability nor would he even listen to my concerns. Too many other shops that provide the service to take the risk.

Service: Joel managed our care … even helped install my baby’s car seat and made sure it got cleaned. Before, we had food, trash, stains everywhere (we have a messy toddler 🙃). The car came out impeccably clean without smelling like chemicals as they use eco-friendly products. Communication: I did not have an appointment but called 9AM and they scheduled me in right away. They notified me when my car was ready via text. Location: P3 level of parking garage. I walked around the mall, which is attached to the building while they were working on the car for 1.5 hr.

My husband’s Taycan was filthy after a recent storm. There was moss and pine needles in all of the crevices, and the exterior, in general, was pretty grimy. Eco Car Cafe was amazing! Even though I missed getting into their calendar soon enough to find an opening that worked for me, we texted back and forth and they fit me in quickly. I was happy with the location in the Hyatt Regency garage on Bellevue Way, right by 13 Coins. I could tell by their set up when I arrived that they took their work seriously. Edgar greeted me promptly and he was very professional and courteous. It took about three hours to complete the Elite package and an extra half hour to remove some tree sap from the windows. The results were night and day from how the car looked when I dropped it off. My husband was happy when he saw it and I know we will use Eco Car Cafe again soon!

Brought in my 2006 Acura TSX. They charged the full amount and I paid the full amount with a generous tip but did not get the full service. I paid for the interior detailing job and they didn't even touch anything above the steering wheel. They offer to finish any spots that they missed but the entire roof is not even touched. The pillar are still dirty. I went in the second time for a quick touchup. But the more I spend time in my car the more areas that are not even looked at. The sunglass cubby is still dirty. Why not do the job well in the first place? I know why. They only welcome new expensive cars. They are busier looking cool than actually doing their job. Terrible business practice. Very shallow with no substance. I do not recommend this place unless you have the time to drop by every weekend for a touchup.

FYI... it’s located on P3. They validate as well ☺️Outstanding service from online to picking up my car. Rodrigo (who was there on his day off) was very friendly and professional. I ordered the super, Big Mac Elite package and he had asked if there were specific reasons I chose it, because if it was an over kill, then he recommend a less expensive package that would be just as good. To me, that’s outstanding. He explained what they were going to and how long it would take prior to me giving keys and he explained what they did when I came to pick it. Wonderful experience and service. Thank you Rodrigo and team. PS - if you have a dark colored car, be sure to check for swirls. I didn’t and ended up having to get it Re-polished to get rid of the swirls.

I was super sad when the Bellevue Acura dealer quit doing detailing, because they always did a really nice job. However; after some exploring around, I found my way to Eco Car Cafe. They have detailed both the interior and exterior of both my car, and my dad's car. They do a very thorough, careful job and I have been delighted with the results. Fantastic and professional service. I am a busy mom with lots of small children are car was absolutely disgusting with old food crumbs, dog fur, and everything else you can think of when I got my car back.
