Seriously the best dealership I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I are not huge fans of the common dealership experience… the sitting around , hours of bullsh&t and what not. These guys kept things rolling and straight forward. Chris was nothing but professional and knew his stuff. I’d give this place 12 stars if I could. Our car unexpectedly had a check engine light come on due to some emissions system and they took the car back in to get it fixed EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. I know some other dealers would’ve told us to pack sand. Top notch quality and WE WERE IN AND OUT IN UNDER 2 hours! Karl Dawley is an amazing representative. He provided us with excellent service and made sure to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability. I was able to find the exact car I was looking. I’m very thankful he was able to help me with purchasing my new car RDX. Very pathetic and rude customer service who don’t give loaner car vehicles for $1000 repairs and expect customer to make their own reservations. Rude and lacking customer service training for a premium Japanese auto brand like Acura Bad name for Acura brand and customer satisfaction. Next time try Acura Seattle or Lynnwood.

Do not buy or lease a car here! You’ve been warned. I leased a brand new Acura ZDX in April, and after just a few days, a transmission warning light came on. I returned it to the dealership, and they told me not to drive the car. It took over a month to get the part from overseas and have it installed. At that point, we no longer wanted the car and couldn’t trust it anymore. We invoked the Lemon Law and requested a return. Per Acura’s instructions, we left the car with them. However, as quick as Acura is to sell you a car and profit off you, they are painfully slow and reluctant to help you return it. We’ve been passed from one department to another for months. We've made countless calls. Currently, nobody returns our calls or voicemails—even the salesperson who sold us the car hasn’t returned our calls in weeks. Meanwhile, we are still being charged monthly for a car we aren’t even using. Literally no steps have been taken by Acura to resolve this problem. I’ll keep you all updated as this nightmare develops.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your vehicle to this dealership. I purchased a brand-new car and reasonably expected the warranty to be honored. Instead, I’ve experienced repeated issues with both the quality of service and the way I’ve been treated. I’ve had to return multiple times for the same problems, even after being told the issues were “fixed.” Each time, the problems came back as soon as I left the lot—raising serious concerns about the thoroughness and accuracy of their repairs. Most recently, I scheduled a service appointment that was abruptly cancelled by the service manager moments before I was set to arrive. When I attempted to ask for clarification, I was met with unnecessary hostility. The service manager responded in a rude and condescending manner, making statements such as, “We are not doing business with your car” and “We’re obviously just not a right fit for you.” This reaction seemed especially unreasonable given that I had previously worked with this dealership throughout the year without incident. While some staff members have been polite, the behavior and attitude of the service manager overshadow any positive interactions. The consistent lack of respect, accountability, and willingness to address legitimate warranty issues has made it clear that this dealership does not prioritize customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing an Acura here—let alone visiting this dealership for service.

I purchased my car from Acura of Bellevue a couple years ago, the purchasing experience was great but not why I’m leaving a review. I’m reviewing the service department, specifically the service manager Marc. I had an emergency with my car that was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. I had a terrible experience with a previous dealership and was very anxious but Marc and his team assured me that all would be taken care of and it was. Everything from getting the car towed in to being loaned the exact same car made what could have been a nightmare seamless. The tow team that picked up my car were absolutely fantastic and I got my car back good as new and much cleaner than it had been when dropped off. I will be utilizing Acura of Bellevue as long as I live in the area.
