Great shop. Had them do some work on a modified Lexus Gx470. Brandon quoted the work accurately, the work was performed accurately and very quickly. Highly professional. If you have anything out of the norm I'd suggest this place. The big chains will not know what they are doing or flat out refuse to work on a modified vehicle. Five stars!!

I am not at all surprised that the ratings are nearly perfect. I came in contact with Tru-Line when my dealer recommended it, and since then I have used their services about a half-dozen times. I cannot imagine a higher quality of service or professionalism than I have received. Every time I need tires, I consult with Byron, have them shipped to Tru-Line, and they install them. I have had alignment work done there as well. I could not be more pleased and strongly recommend them for any services offered.

Tru-line has made me realize how bad the other alignment shops are. Most other shops blindly look for the green bars on their uncalibrated hunter’s and call it a day. These guys understand suspension. I would pay twice and drive hours to get it aligned here if I had to. All the other guys need to have Brandon teach them how to do alignment

Amazing service as always. I have brought 3 different cars for alignments and I'm always amazed at how much better my cars drive after a visit here. Byron & Co are also excellent at understanding what your cars will be used for, and will set up your alignment to suit your needs. Any car that gets track day usage should make at least one stop by Tru line. They will work with you to understand what your goals are and how to best balance tire wear and lateral grip. Can't say enough about this shop. Serious craftsmen, and the prices do reflect the quality of the work.

Over the last 6 months I've been taking my Tacoma in for issues with the suspension after beating it off-road. Brandon was able to help identify the problems and verified the parts I'd need to get from the dealers to replace (ICON & Camburg). Each time I had a new issue, they were quick to help out and I've never had a bad experience here before. I highly recommend Brandon and squad for any sort of suspension work that you need done and I'll for sure be coming back when I decide to wreck something else again.

Brought my C7 corvette in the other day and Brandon did a fantastic job. He had the tools needed for aligning the rear caster, and showed me a picture of the alignment when he was done since that doesn’t show up on the normal alignment printout. It was clear he took pride in his work, and I’ll be going to back him for all my alignment needs in the future. Also, some shops don’t even know rear caster is adjustable on corvettes, including some Chevy dealerships, so it was nice he knew how to do it and nailed the alignment specs I asked for.

Brandon is: competent, friendly, and efficient. He took a look at my vehicle, ran a little in field assessment, provided an ETC, and delivered on what he said he would do. Beyond this they balanced the tire chassis, added liner to the inner tire tube, and restored the pressure. I was recommend Tru-line on getting my alignment dialed in and DEFINITELY was not disappointed. Highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue if you are wanting to get your alignment and steering checked! On top of that Brandon and the team went out of their way to secured some loose bolts that another shop touched and left. Lastly, Brandon and the team was able to get my vehicle back to me in the later morning after an early morning drop off. Will most definitely be back!

100% recommend this place. I had gotten new tires at my local service station where I usually get my car serviced and for whatever reason, this time around the tires couldn't be balanced right and I experienced a lot of vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Apparently 2004 Toyota 4Runners had some rims that were not balanced via the hub, but via the lugs. Tru-Line fixed the issue in 30 mins by balancing with their equipment and expertise. I noticed no vibrations on the drive home. They had an easy to setup appointment that allowed me to wait in their comfy waiting area with wifi while they worked on my vehicle.

I was looking for a shop to do the alignment on my 350z after I installed coilovers, I couldn't find a shop with reviews that made me feel confident until I found Tru-Line. Really great people and great business They stand by their work and they care about their customers. Staff listen carefully and are respectful and knowledgeable. They do their research and give you their honest opinions even when it doesn't benefit their business. I have a modded car which the previous owner had some work done here. Had some issues that popped up with the alignment (not their fault) but I asked them to take a look and they did. This is exceptional because they have no obligation to me as I am not technically a paying customer, I'm just some guy. But they stand by their work and I can't applaud them enough for that

More than meets the eye for anything alignment related. Brandon helped put a track specific alignment on my Elantra N while taking care replacing some worn SPL suspension collars, and a custom alignment on my MX-5 Miata. Driver weighted alignment was surprisingly the norm, and they were happy to oblige to a few rechecks on steer ahead. Very professional and fast crew for the work done, how service should be done for things that you value. Fees are well calibrated for peace of mind having things done right.
