I give you 0 star. fairstone company is big liar about qulity tires. i belive this company for first time and buy expensive and give me 65000 warranty. my tires after 25000 miles very bad status. after inspection my tires tell me your warranty not supported change your bad tired. i don't recomanded for buy tires form firstone just put your money at garbage and making dangerous your live.

Won’t go into detail, but I talked to Julia for a while about certain things on my car. She was very helpful, gave me very good and was very informative. With her help I made a good decision, had the work done and was charged very little for what I had done. Was VERY pleased and will return when I am due for tires. Thank you Firestone for your help.

After MANY bad experiences with multiple Firestone locations recently, I was hesitant to bring my car back to them. However, with issues that SHOULD be covered under warranty, I didn't really have a choice. I called and was told they could see me that afternoon for braking issues. When I arrived they were able to get my car in and inspected within about a half hour. We discussed their concerns, I approved some work, and they began. The technician, Chou, was fast and accurate with his assessment and work. The service manager, Ken, was great to work with and honored all warranties and had me on my way within two hours. My wife was involved in an accident within a few days of the repair, and sadly the vehicle was totaled. Everyone in both parties was ok, and that's all that matters. And knowing that there's a great service option at the Bellevue Firestone makes me confident in bringing my new vehicle and any future vehicles to this location. Thanks, guys!

I've had work done by this firestone multiple times in the past. Probably would rate 3/5 stars based on past experiences. Was a bit hesitant to go today but I needed an alignment and their lifetime alignments are too good of a deal to pass up. I expected them to offer a bunch of additional services and work I didnt need but they didn't! I was helped by Chandler and he was honest, patient, and had a good attitude. He provided better service than I'm used to getting from this firestone. It was nice getting the work I needed done and not leaving feeling like I got ripped off or that they were trying to rip me. I hope Chandler is there next time I need to take my car in.

Absolute idiots. I paid to have a pre-sale inspection done and their report said everything was fine except for the brakes. So based on their inspection, I bought the car. When I had the brakes replaced, the brake shop told me that the front suspension is shot, something that should have been caught in the pre-sale inspection. When I called Firestone, all they said was "Sorry. Don't know why that wasn't caught. Nothing I can do about it." So now I'm on the hook for a couple thousand dollars in repairs that, had I known about beforehand, I wouldn't have bought the car. They screwed up the inspection and led me to believe that the car was okay. And they take absolutely no responsibility for it. No integrity at all. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I had a new Firestone battery installed in my SUV. The lady at the front desk Mia and my technician Chau both did great jobs! I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. At this Firestone Auto Care the people are so friendly and nice. I'm definitely coming back to this place!

Worst service ever and charged for work not done. The work they did do damanged the car by failing fail to reinstall components correctly. Extrremely rude diring transaction and in payment process as they made up addition fake charges for work not done. Will never do business with any Firestone again.

I’ve been going to Firestone for number of years and choose to go there because of their service. Back in April I got an oil change and new set of tires before we welcomed our newborn baby. Several weeks later I noticed an awful smell and oil leaking from the hood onto my headlights. They missed to put the oil cap on my engine and it spilled all over. I received no apology and after taking my car in on Mothers Day, with expectation that my oil would be topped off and everything cleaned inside as promised by the manager. I waited for over an hour just to find out NOTHING was cleaned. Absolutely terrible service and follow up from the store and the fact I was lied to after being told it would be cleaned. Shame on you! I expect more as a paying customer.

Had been looking for a reliable shop to replace the tires and do the alignment on an old Maserati Spyder. The store manager, Sean, was willing to take on the challenge when others wouldn't. Ethan handled every tire and wheel like babies and made sure everything took its time with patience on the alignment as well. Will, the Service Advisor, was very accommodating with my overwhelming behavior while keeping an eye on the work progress from behind the windows. The alignment work was fantastic, and so was the balance. Can't thank everyone at the Bellevue location enough for making this happen for us. They deserve more stars, but I couldn't find any more to check.

09/23/25 around 4:45pm. My car broke down and went there for help. I couldn't drive home because it was not safe to drive. One of the customer services lady was working during that time was not nice and she was not really helpful. Unbelievable, she seemed to have no compassion to provide helpful solutions to customers. She said no body is available to help and the store is closing soon. She should have provided options for example, offering like leave the car here for tomorrow check in, something like that. But, she didn't she just wanted to go home I think. She was not polite 😠 I picked up my car, the car was still have the engine light on and it was still shaking. They told me I need to get some sort sort air pump replacement with specific tools for VW. I was not happy about the results. I hope to not return to Firestone.

Went in without an appointment because I found a nail in my tire. The folks here were ultra friendly and accommodating, especially considering I was a walk-in. They extracted the nail and determined that it hadn't actually punctured my tire, so they pulled it and sent me on my way free of charge. I went from concerned about who to call and how much a new tire was going to cost, to being worry free in a half hour. I was extremely thankful to have these folks nearby today.

I went in for an air leak in my tire today, and even though I showed up way early, they were super welcoming and fast. I ended up needing my tire replaced, and instead of clearly trying to get any money out of me they could, they offered a price match on my tire and installed it. I was done from start to finish in 45 minutes.

I tried to get scheduled this weekend at multiple Firestone locations with no luck, but this was the only location able to service me on such short notice. I was warmly greeted by the manager, Rob, upon arrival and he got me setup quickly for my appointment. He quoted about 1-1.5 hours for a wheel alignment on a 2004 Honda S2000, but I received my car in about 45 minutes. Super professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I didn't have a chance to interact with any other staff, but if they are a reflection of Rob, I would think that you're in good hands. The store was also neat and tidy. Thanks, Rob & Chau!
