They had my original review removed so I am reposting. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy at the front desk turned me away from my scheduled appointment. Told me to reschedule and then ignored me. I was waiting in line and he turned away the 2 people in front of me as well. Go anywhere else for you glass needs.

Unacceptable Service and Dishonesty !!! I am writing this post to share a recent experience I had at this Eastlake glass repair shop, which left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I took my car in for a simple glass repair on the front door. The car was in perfect condition, with no scratches or flaws on the door. After an hour and a half of waiting, I was shocked to find three new scratches on my car's front door. When I questioned the staff about this, they claimed that the scratches were caused by pieces of glass during the repair process. What's even more concerning is that they admitted to taking a picture of my car with the scratches, but only after the repair was completed. This clearly indicates that the scratches were made during their service. Moreover, they did not show me the original picture of my car and denied the validity of my own picture which I took. This is not just unprofessional, but also dishonest. I had trusted them with my car, but they proved to be untrustworthy and irresponsible. They lied about the condition of my car and refused to acknowledge the evidence I presented. Despite their mistake, they refused to take responsibility or offer any form of compensation. Instead, they charged me $200 for a service that has ultimately damaged my car. This is not just about the money, but about the principle of good service and accountability. I believe they should refund all the money back and compensate me for the scratches they made. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty has cost me not just financially, but also in terms of trust and time. It's important that we hold businesses accountable for their actions and ensure that they provide the quality service that we pay for. I am sharing this experience to raise awareness among fellow car owners. I hope no one else has to go through such a frustrating experience.

Best of all they gave me a quote and said no hidden fees. When it came to paying, I paid exactly what they quoted just like they said. I came to this shop to get my windshield repaired from some rock chips. The lady at the front desk was very nice and super helpful, informing me of my options and giving me a recommendation. The actual glass work was great, no complaints, they fixed all 7 rock chips that I had. 10/10 for the actual glass repair and customer service. Unfortunately when returning my car the driver parked my car into the curb, since I drive a low-ish car it wasn't tall enough to clear the curb and my bumper was hit. Edit: After finally speaking to the manager he was able to resolve this situation. Customer service here is great!

Went there for a rock chip repair. Quick 30min service, as promised. Friendly staff. Got fast wifi, if you need to work while waiting. The only improvement I would suggest - getting them to pickup phone call at their provided number was hard.

Wonderful, friendly, professional, clean, prompt. This family business does an excellent job! Going above and beyond: they used a special technique to transfer my Good to Go sticker! (It's peeled a tad but I'll be glad to use a bit of tape- beats buying a new sticker!) They also vacuumed my car out. I passed up the 3.5-star auto Glass outfits a block from my house in Issaquah, because I knew that Eastlake wouldn't let me down! Competitively priced too. Good work! 😃👏👏👏

My front passenger window was broken in a smash-and-grab which occurred in Portland. Eastlake Autoglass is conveniently located by my work. I called in and they had the window in-store the following morning. They had it replaced and ready to go in under 3 hours from dropping it off. They also sourced and installed an interior trim piece. I didn't want to go through insurance because of a high deductible. They had a very good out-of-pocket price which was 3/4 to 1/2 of Safelite's offer. Will not hesitate to do business with Eastlake Autoglass again if needed!

Should have a spot for 6 or 7 stars! Eastlake Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing my windshield. My insurance company set me up with their preferred provider, you know, the one starting with "S". They wanted to put their own brand glass in and I wanted OEM glass. The other company said "sure, if you pay the difference..." We, let's just say I cancelled the appointment and called Eastlake. What did they say, "no problem, we'll take care of you!" I dropped. my truck off with them at the agreed upon time and they had it read before promise time. I had a good to go pass and four window stickers on the old window. When I got back in the truck, I could see the Ford OEM glass labels, all my stickers were in the same place and my good to go pass was right were I left it on the new windshield. I highly recommend Eastlake Auto Glass of Bellevue. And in case you are wondering, no, they didn't ask me to write this review, their service was just so good that I felt compelled to recognize them.

I had my driver’s side front window and trunk window broken into, and got them fixed here for a reasonable out-of-pocket price. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up after work, super smooth process. The aftercare was great too. After I got my car back, I noticed a shifting sound when turning, like there might still be some glass inside. I called, and they were super kind about taking another look. Ended up they actually did a great job cleaning out all the glass during the first visit, the noise was just a few leftover pieces in my cargo cover😂. Great quality work at a solid price. Definitely recommend!

Eastlake Auto Glass is amazing. Regretfully, I’ve been three times in the last four years due to car break-ins, and they have done an incredible job each and every time. I live in Seattle, but drive to Bellevue because I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Fast and very quality work, and great customer service. I hope I don’t get broken into again, but if I do, I know where I’m going!
